The employees were more than helpful and attentive . The store was very clean, tidy and welcoming. Had never been to this store and always shopped online, but ordered to pick up in store this time. Unfortunately it's too far away for me to come here often. They need to have one in the Hickory area!

Duluth is a nice store, with helpful associates. The prices are high, but the clothes seem to be of high quality. The store had 30% off for the black Friday on 2025. They also had 50% off the lined cargo pants.

Great company awesome product, Stacy was very helpful greeted us as we came in and helped us otw out. Everyone else in the store was very attentive and ask to help also. Today was my first time in store and I can’t say enough positive things to justify the company on here, you simply must go in person.

Best department store to buy clothes! Anything I buy here last a long time. Yes you pay more but think of 5 to 10 years of wear out of it makes sense to go with buying their brand. And when it's on sale best of both worlds! Customer service is wonderful also....
