Kohl's

Sephora is an unnecessary addition to Kohl's. They painted the outside of the store to make it more eye-catching but it lacks a full product range and offers poor service. With two people at the register, one assisting a customer check out and the other one just standing there, no one volunteers to assist customers. Very disappointing. In contrast, Ulta provided a much better experience.

Manager went full-Karen on my wife as she price-checked a puzzle. The puzzle wasn’t in the system and wouldn’t scan so the manager attempted to raise the price despite a similar product (same brand and item - just different pattern) on the shelf that was much more reasonably priced. We sought no trouble and didn’t anticipate the quarrel. After years of patronage we are finished shopping here.

Feels like Belk. Very high prices but everything is marked down. Kind of makes you question the original price. Somethings are decent quality some are not. Sephora is a nice addition

They have redesigned their checkout experience to one line that also includes returns. So if you’re returning something, you must wait on the long checkout line!. Horrible customer service horrible experience!. They have lost me as a customer.

I used a 20% off coupon and made my first ever purchase at Kohl’s. I accidentally got the wrong size and went to get a replacement and I was not allowed to have the coupon back so that I could repurchase the right size. This makes no business sense to me. Corey who positioned himself as a manager also lacked all customer service skills and was very rude to me. I will never be back to Kohl’s again.

The dumbest thing khols did was create a long maze long for checkouts Amazon and customer service. Slows everything way down in a fast moving world I'm going to have to pick another store!!

Ugh...did not care for the prints and patterns. Ugly colors and for dresses it was a skimpy sundress or a prairie dress. I left empty handed. I saw some sweatshirts and athletic wear that was OK. It is not what it use to be. I don't think I will be back. I use to shop there all the time and do a lot of Christmas shopping at Khols.
