Bass Pro Shops

First part of this Review is for Santa's Wonderland. The Store review will follow. We came here to expirence Santa's Wonderland and get pictures taken of my 6 yr old son. We made an appointment online for 1145 on 12/22 but got there super early and were seen almost right away. Santa was friendly and chatted with my kiddo for a minute before the photo was taken. My son did well and I love my photo. I would visit this location again and hope too see Santa and Mrs Claus next year. The photographer and photo assistant where nice and quick with process. Overall I only got my free photo but next year I might get the greeting card package, as it was reasonably priced. Review for the store/decor/items. This bass pro shop was very clean, organized, and had lots to choose from. I didn't intend on buying anything, but when we found a Long Wooden Pop Gun, we had to have it. My son also liked that store had a huge aquarium. He recognized the Gars right away.

There was not enough time to see everything! My son had to drag me out. Was shopping for gun blue and found it there. Wonderful, helpful employees! Santa was there for photos! Store was so well organized! I saw many great bargains! I'll be back alone for Christmas shopping!

Great selection of fishing gears. Beautiful store decor! Very friendly staff here. I love to shop here every time I am in Tyler.

A.Z was so helpful to me and my elderly aunt today. He put up with all of her funny jokes. He was so polite to her and very patient. What a breath of fresh air to see a young person respecting the elderly and being so kind and patient. Hat's off to whoever close to hire him. There's a lot of young workers out in the workplace today that could use AZ to train them. Instead of just telling us, no, we don't have that size. He actually scanned the ticket on the shoe and looked it up. We really appreciate his attention to detail. Being a business owner myself, I know how hard it is to find employees like him. Congratulations!!

While visiting Tyler Texas, we went to the new location, Bass Pro shop and as expected it is awesome. Has everything you would expect and more Air-Conditioning was fully on so you get out of the heat. So if you’re looking for hunting fishing, boating, clothes look no further they have you covered and the new location in Tyler, Texas

Excellent place to shop. Had to exchange a fishing rod and was easy. Randy in the fishing area was very knowledgeable and helpful. Was looking for a part and took me to service where Benita helped. Backed right in shop and was out in less than 2 hours. The mechanic was helping and overlooked the boat to prevent further problems!! Thank everyone who works here! Best Bass Pro I have ever been to!! Now I’m back at the lake fishing!! Thanks for saving the day!

It's one of the smallest ones I have been to but it does not disappoint! Love the giant fish tank in the back but also all the taxidermy and the unusual antlers on some of them. All in all great place to wander and look around and buy eather a hat to a boat.
