Dierbergs Markets - Mackenzie Pointe

They definitely had everything we needed. It's amazing how many things some of these places carry if you ever been overseas to their grocery stores. I love visiting the florist and a bakery but don't get anything out of the endless aisles of alcohol

Very nice Dierbergs location. You can tell it is one of their older locations by the exterior, but the inside is modern and well-organized. Every staff member I saw seemed happy. Giving 4 stars because the one in Crestwood is brand new and 4 minutes down the road...

Cashiers have a very rude behavior towards customers. Rarely do I meet one who is actually nice. Train your employees better. They all seem sad to be working here. It’s also not normal to have armed security. Don’t feel safe here. Only plus side to this place is that the store is big and has more selection. I’ll just drive the other way to normal land and where others are nice and I feel safe.

A Tad-bit pricey, great facility, convient location. Although, I couldn't find WHIPPED butter or grilled chicken strips-precooked. Other than that they have plenty, and it's clean and!,-The older staff is always polite.

This is my second time patronizing this Dierbergs both times I have left with spoiled meat. I’m up at 5:30 in the morning as we speak on their parking lot waiting for them to open so I can return all this meat that I bought yesterday all of it is spoiled. I will never be shopping here again, on top of I’m getting followed by an old lady I guess assuming cause of my color I’m stealing SAVE YOURSELF THE TRIP if u don’t want hit or miss spoiled meat and very rude employees

I do like dierbergs and because of how expensive groceries are right now I appreciate their mark down fridge. My issue is that the items in that fridge have gone up in price rather dramatically. And they will be items expiring that day! If you can't sell it after then why not go back to giving your customers who purchase PLENTY aside from the discount items an actual real break and mark it down appropriately

Horrible employees so rude if you need to ask a question. They also definitely prefer you do self check. Customer service is lacking in a big way. Meats and smoked section employees are nice. Great selection of food.
