Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk

We recently stayed here and overall had a great experience. Our room was beautiful, very clean, and the hotel itself is one of the nicest I’ve stayed at in San Antonio. The property is well maintained and the atmosphere really made the stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, the valet service was a major letdown. One evening, we requested our car through the valet app and waited over 30 minutes while it showed "Retrieving." When I went downstairs to check, we were told the car had been sitting out but was reparked because no one came down — even though the app never updated. They admitted it was a failure on their end to update the tracker. We ended up being late to our dinner reservation because of it. At checkout, we tried to avoid the same issue by calling for the car early and waiting outside. We still waited nearly 40 minutes and were told there were six cars ahead of us. To avoid being late again, I ended up retrieving the vehicle herself. Everything else about the stay was great, but the valet experience didn’t match the level of the hotel. If this is improved, the experience would easily be five stars.

This is without a doubt my favorite hotel in the river walk. I don’t know what it is, but it has a sense of comfort that the other hotels don’t. It’s a walk from the Alamo, and the mall as well as all the popular restaurants. My daughter and I stayed here and loved it. She enjoyed the glass elevators, the wishing pond with waterfall, and friendly hotel staff let her ride her toy " bus" into the lobby when we got there. I enjoyed the in room Kerig machine, the $15 credit to use at the cafe for coffee and breakfast and the glass windows that looked out to the riverwalk. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel, they were so nice, kid friendly and accommodating.

Right on the Riverwalk with many restaurants & bars around. Beautiful hotel. Great employees who go out of their way to help. Very nice and courteous. Lots to do close to the hotel. I've stayed here twice now and always love it.

Excellent Stay at Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk I had a wonderful experience staying at Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk. The location is absolutely perfect, right along the beautiful Riverwalk and within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a great view. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting San Antonio and would gladly stay here again in the future.

My room was extremely dirty with people’s garbage (we found a couple vapes etc) and a thick layer of dust under the bed, boogers crusted on the headboard and a noisy AC. It’s tired. I wasn’t given the room that I ordered either and was only given a $20 per night stipend to make up for it. I recommend checking out other options in SAT if you’re looking for a nicer stay.

Stayed one night. Paid a lot to have an enjoyable stay. The next morning we couldn't get ready due to no hot water or pressure. Maintenance was there 30 min fixing it. The pressure and temperature dropped again while taking a shower so my husband wasn't able to shower before checking out. If you need space on the sink for anything, I don't recommend this hotel. Breakfast was good but service was not. We were not offered any refund. We asked to speak to a manager and she refunded $100 for a $430 one night stay. We will not come back to this hotel. There's much better options on the Riverwalk for half the price.

Very strategic location, the hotel has direct acces to Riverwalk, surrounded by restaurants, gift shops and coffeshops. We were staying there for The USMC Birthday Event. Room was nice n clean Plenty of parking (parking garage are just across the street) with a fee I wish I could give 5 stars for the service, but there's not enough staffs for the event and we just have to figure things out by ourself, coz we can't find any banquet staff that could really give us answer or want we need. Other than that...I found my oasis at the Roof top pool. It was nice, clean and just enough to relax and do short lap swimming. I was lucky, there's only me at 10am in the heated pool enjoying San Antonio city views.
