Margaritaville Hotel Nashville

I wanted to share some feedback from my recent stay. The location is fantastic and the westward facing view of the city was beautiful. The on site restaurant prices were also very reasonable and made the experience even better. I did have a minor snafu at valet where my key was misplaced for a short period of time. However, I would really like to compliment the young man working around 11:00 AM on March 1, 2026. He was clearly the only person retrieving vehicles and was managing a long line of guests at the same time. Despite the pressure, he remained professional, courteous, and calm while helping everyone. It is easy to complain when something goes wrong, but I think it is just as important to recognize good service. He represented your property very well and his work ethic stood out. Please make sure he is recognized for the job he did yesterday morning. cc

We had a great stay from start to finish! Everything was wonderful, but what really stood out was the service. The manager, Omarion, and his valet crew were absolutely amazing. They made everything run so smoothly and truly went above and beyond for us. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made our stay even better. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this place

Best customer service I’ve had at any hotel. The marketing manager let us take professional photos there and offered to comp us champagne. The restaurant staff wrote us a card to congratulate us on our wedding. And even before we told people it was our honeymoon most staff took the time to visit with us. The rooms have a fun theme and the restaurant food is delicious. Wagyu steak sandwich and Yucca fries were our favorite. Reasonable priced for the qualify of food. Live music every night adds a fun atmosphere. The refundable deposit is sizeable so be prepared for that plus there’s a resort fee. We wish they had microwaves. And we were surprised that the hotel didn’t have year round pool access. The pool is outside and not heated. We were most disappointed that there’s no hot tub to make up for the pool. It’s within walking distance of Broadway and a lot of downtown Nashville tourism. That means you can hear the hustle and bustle at night but it’s not too loud to sleep.

My room was noisy and I could not sleep due to the party in the suite across from my room. There was an endless flow of people going into that suite and this was to be a secured hotel. The hotel staff did not do anything about the noise even though I called twice. The hotel did not care at all about my right to a quite relaxing space. The hotel staff told me the next morning that the suite was booked for a university. So the hotel knew what they were booking a huge party next to other rooms where people like me are looking to rest. The hotel could have booked the university party in an event room on another floor.

We stayed for one night and had a wonderful experience. Didn’t particularly like the fact that we either had to pay for the valet or pay to park across the street, but I guess that’s what you get in the heart of Nashville. The room was incredibly clean (I’m picky about that), smelled nice (picky about this too), and the staff was very kind. The experiences that I’ve read previously regarding rude staff must have been addressed, because we were greeted and treated with the utmost respect and kindness. We would definitely stay here again. We absolutely loved our stay until checkout at Margaritaville Hotel Nashville. Valet was a huge disappointment. I requested my vehicle through the valet app at 10:47 AM (as instructed at check-in) and didn’t receive my car until 11:50 AM! Over an hour later. Considering valet was $65 overnight, this wait time was unacceptable, especially since I followed the required process. After waiting nearly an hour with no update, I went to the front desk and showed the lady the app showing a one-hour wait time. I was told this was not normal, but instead of her helping resolve it, I was told to go ask valet myself. When I approached the valet attendant, he was extremely rude..sighed, abruptly asked my name, then turned away, looked at his phone, and ignored me. My boyfriend contacted both the valet service and the hotel around 11:15 AM on 02/15/2026 requesting a refund for the valet fee and have still not received a response. Because of this experience, I would not recommend staying here when visiting Nashville unless you plan to self-park. Nearby parking was about $80 for 24 hours, which is why we chose valet in the first place. Unfortunately, due to this poor service, we would not stay at this location again.

Really enjoyed my stay here so far. Super quick walk to Broadway, and the staff is awesome. Check in was easy and they give you a welcome packet. They also text you during the stay to see if you need anything which was really cool. Room was clean and spacious. Would absolutely recommend staying here!
