Tidy, modern hotel. BUT, I just spent 4 nights there and was alerted upon check-in that there would be no housekeeping while I was staying there. No towels or garbage removed in 4 days. The breakfast was nothing like what was represented on the website. Grab-and-go on the lowest level.. And I swear that when I booked it the site showed a bar and restaurant which are now closed. The cable TV had no guide or even channel information, all with a 5 second delay when changing the channel. Felt like this place is about to close. Sorry for the crappy review. Nice people work there.

Nicely located down town by Target center. Has a free breakfast, with microwavable Jimmy Dean sandwiches. Have stayed here before, came back, and will stay here again. Nice place for a couple.

The hotel's location was great! Their amenities were OK. Their courtyard was closed and rooftop closed too. The rooms were sub-par. They were in dis repair and the carpet was wet. The hotel seems like it was really nice a few years ago. Upon entering the room, the layout was nice, but we noticed paint markings, shoddy repairs in the bathroom, and the shower seemed to have leaked through the wall and was growing? The carpet was wet nearby window and that was a not fun surprise. Breakfast was very scarce, but free is free. The coffee maker in the room was very busted too. I would wait for a remodel before staying here. Here are some pics. Please excuse the mess.

Positive: staff was very friendly, location was great Negative: request for housekeeping was ignored. no towel racks in bathroom means i had no way to dry hand towel, which gets used multiple times per day. everything seemed as bare bones as possible to save money, which for the price i paid was disappointing.

The hotel was quiet. Staff was friendly. We stayed in one of the suites and the room was clean, the best part was the heated bathroom floors and the rain shower. If I were to stay here again I would probably just do a regular room though. Downsides were the breakfast (cereal and granola bars) and it would have been nice to have a stocked minibar. We did drive, the parking lot they recommended was pretty good, around 15 dollars a day, but Saturday night the lot had event pricing for one of the shows at a nearby theatre.

My daughter is in an electric wheelchair. We stayed there to be close to the Orpheum Theater. Unfortunately, we got stuck on their sidewalk and accessible curb entrances so many times. I discussed it with a few different workers and they stated they don't deal with the snow removal. I told them if it wasn't for good samaritans helping us when stuck, we would have been stuck feet from the entrance. We literally had to walk on the busy street, just to get to the Orpheum. The room was nice, but the vents are very noisy continuously. For the cost of the stay, I feel like the staff were not very helpful or accommodating. The temps were very cold and the sidewalks were not wheelchair friendly at all. I won't be staying there again.

I was left waiting in the cold because the front desk did not buzz me in or acknowledge me. The representative said he was helping another customer instead of simply pressing the button, making eye contact, and saying he would assist shortly. He also failed to locate my existing booking, created a new one, and billed me twice. When I raised the issue, I was told the night audit would fix it. Improved customer service and booking verification training would prevent this.
