Element by Marriott Minneapolis Downtown

Ridiculously close to Target Field. The friendly staff made it even closer by giving me a tip on how to get to there through the parking lot behind the front desk. The staff made the difference between an A trip and an A++ trip.||Also, there's a patio with a fire pit that overlooks the ballpark and the light rail station. Makes for some very peaceful mornings to chill out and have a little breakfast.||Just as an FYI: They tell you up front that they don't make up the rooms every day, so don't be surprised going in. (You can request that they make them up every day if you wish.)||This is a GREAT hotel to stay at if you're coming to see the Twins. And the nearby light rail is your connection to the rest of the city and to St. Paul (to see the Saints!) and Bloomington (to see the old Metropolitan Stadium home plate marker at the Mall of America.) Highly recommend!!!

The hotel is just lovely. The staff is fantastic, professional, but approachable which matches their description of a laid back hotel. We went here for my birthday and the room was cozy and gorgeous! The views of the city was beautiful to look at while we were cooking. This would be a great place to stay if you're coming into town for a concert or show or if you just want to hang out near downtown. Also the breakfast is great- don't miss out of the hot food that you can order from the window. The pancakes were absolutely adorable. Thank you Element staff for helping me have such a fantastic birthday! I look forward to staying again soon!

I was greeted warmly in the Lobby by Emma who did an excellent job orienting me and offering recommendations for nearby lunch options. I also had the joy of meeting two of the evening team members (I'm sorry to say I didn't catch their names). The person at the front gave me an excellent recommendation for dinner nearby (Graze). The next morning I was on my way out after enjoying breakfast and another smiling team member offered to take my plate, even as I was walking it over to the dish area. The whole team was so engaging and kind! Their demeanor was happy and hospitable at every interaction. That would have been enough, but I was also very impressed with the property itself. My room was impeccably clean (I could say the same about every area of the hotel I went to) and organized. Not to mention, it was ready early when I arrived, which was nice and unexpected. I used the Motion room to work out (ran on the treadmill) and it was exceptionally clean. I appreciated the towels, water and disinfectant wipes for after-use. The equipment worked great, including the TVs on the treadmills. I've come to know that's a rare commodity as connecting them to the internet is apparently a bit more difficult than folks realize. I'll be staying here whenever I'm in town and encouraging all of my personal and business friends to do the same.

Great location! Very clean! BEST staff ever! Wonderful lobby, lots of security--excellent parking, reasonably priced. Breakfast was a nice continental with a couple of hot savory options. We absolutely grew to love the staff the five days we were there--we would definitely stay again. They went above and beyond to serve us in every way!

Stayed here for an event at Target Field, and could not be more pleased. The parking, the price, the staff were all excellent. I'd especially like to shout out Tessa at the front desk - exceptionally helpful, friendly, and always a smile. The only thing I would ding this hotel for is a lack of protein options at breakfast. I reached out to corporate and they said their mission was clean eating and renewability, which is great, but sometimes people with food allergies just need eggs without additions, bacon / sausage / ham / etc. Will definitely stay again.

Great location and great hotel. Everything was super clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is close to so much. I felt very secure as you need a key or to be buzzed into the front door, walked around the corner to The Fillmore for a show. The room was spacious and had plenty of items in the kitchenette that we could have made our own meal had we wished to. Would stay again for sure!
