Stayed for a weekend with my wife and daughter. We had a great stay. The room was very spacious with great views of the skyline and the Mississippi River. We enjoyed using the pool and had a good breakfast at Mara. The room price is definitely higher than other options in downtown Minneapolis, but worth it IMO. We would definitely stay here again.
We stayed at this property for a long weekend and the hotel is stunning. Reception, lobby, lobby bar and rooms are all beautifully designed. Our room was well appointed, comfortable and appropriate for a Four Seasons. King bed and linens were super-comfortable. The bathroom had a spacious walk in shower, separate WC and large vanity. We also used the spa and had fantastic massages. Our group hosted a happy hour in the bar and the food and service were exceptional. I have food allergies and the staff was very informed. The hotel is a few blocks from the Mississippi River and we enjoyed the river trail one morning.
I had the absolutely pleasure of photographing a wedding recently at the Four Seasons in Minneapolis. I’m grateful to get to photograph in a variety of locations, and I have to say, the Four Seasons definitely stands out as an absolute treasure. Located in the heart of downtown Minneapolis, you’re surrounded by delicious food, vibrant art, a gorgeous rooftop with amazing cityscape views, and beautiful parks nearby. The hotel itself is just what you’d expect- luxury meets impeccable service. I think that is what made such an impact on me- the wonderful service. All the staff that I encountered were so incredibly kind, helpful, and were genuinely happy. It’s the kind of inviting environment you want to be in. It’s an amazing location for a wedding or event! I cannot wait to photograph there again!
5/5 Stars My recent 5-night stay at the Four Seasons in downtown Minneapolis was truly an amazing 5-star experience that exceeded all my expectations. We had a fantastic stadium view, and every aspect of our visit was flawless. The breakfast was a highlight, especially the delicious espresso martini that perfectly started my day. The oysters I had were simply amazing—some of the best I've ever tasted. What really set this hotel apart was the incredible staff. They were genuinely amazing and accommodating to every request. One afternoon, while I was at the pool, they went above and beyond by bringing a beautiful vase of red roses to our room as a surprise for my wife. It was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. The bed and bedding were the comfiest I've ever slept in, ensuring a perfect night's rest. My only small gripe was that the robes were a bit crusty and rough, which was a minor detail in an otherwise perfect stay. I also loved the unique touch of being able to send postcards from the hotel. I ended up writing seven of them to friends and family, which was a great way to share my experience. Overall, the entire visit was amazing, and I will now always choose to stay at a Four Seasons going forward.
If you want to experience the Four Seasons brand, stay here. The staff is excellent and beyond attentive to detail. When they learned we’d come from a three day cardiac ordeal at the Mayo Clinic — quite inadvertently — we were upgraded to a suite and then at dinner an appetiser and dessert showed up complimentary. I can’t described how this allowed us to suddenly exhale after three very intense days. Everyone was just kind. The suite was gorgeous, the restaurant absolutely great, especially loved the wine list and the steward, and I had the best massage at a hotel in my life. This Four Seasons lives up to the reputation.
Stayed for NYE in downtown MPLS and had an incredibly relaxing time. Our pup sitter canceled last minute due to illness and the staff was helpful and let our 16 year old pup join our stay. They even set out a dog bowl and bed for her. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Shout out to Kenzie (I think thats her name) the pastry chef who made a special NYE vegan and gluten free dessert for us. It was AMAZING! also shout out to the runner who brought it to our room as well as Rhya or Raya (not sure) who checked us in. Appreciate you all and will be back . Would love to showcase more vegan options for the veg community in MPLS !
Warning: Do not book this hotel using the Amex Fine Hotels / Resorts program! They do not honor the benefits outlined including the early/late check ins or outs, free breakfast, and there certainly weren't any upgrades even though the hotel was not nearly at capacity during December in Minneapolis. ||It's an OK hotel overall, the bar is really nice and the room had a great view of....north Minneapolis. But it felt like a bait and switch using the Amex FHR program and getting none of the promised benefits
