How lived here since November 29th, they are very kind here. They're respectful and they're hopeful. They don't look down upon you if you have disabilities, they try to help you understand you get confused about something I'm sorry but my kids love it here this is our home and we treat it like it's our home if it wasn't for them. I would be on the street. I'm glad they took me in and I really hope people will help save this place. Because this place is worth do anything to try to save this place if I could get a business license in my own money to buy I would in a heartbeat. Just to keep it going. This is a good place to raise a child when you're struggling when you're struggling period and trying to get back on your feet. This is a good place to be everybody, here is like family. Please save our home, our home is worth saving. I have nothing but respect for the owners. And for the management and security that work here. If I had it first, I'd be here forever.Cause I finally found the one place I feel safe
This place scared me. It looks abandoned or front. You enter a gate in a small parking lot with pot holes and barely room to turn. Trash everywhere. Homeless druggies walking around. The elevator is scary. Stood in there while some guy had his dog pee on the wall. These are studios. Very filthy inside.
Ohh the Good Ol' Wonderlodge!! Definitely well deserving of its one and only, single star review! What more could you expect though for $200 a week? My room didn't even have flooring in it. Just bare concrete! On the plus side, the location couldn't possibly get any better! Right here in the heart of the biggest little city! You could throw a rock and hit Reno's main bus station! Speaking of rocks, DO NOT use the stairwells at night here!! Ohhh how much I love my city ❤️
When we got there a big pot hole was in the entrance and this weird guy came near us when we were in the parking lot threatened he would kill us if we did not give him money out side looks like a bad pool broken wall broken ac service was terrible stay away from Emily I would rather stay at the circle hotel then this one
So if I could give this place zero Stars I would. Let's just say this place is the lowest of the low when it comes down to motels. It is bed bug and Cockroach infested, plenty of tweakers and meth dealers and whatever other druggie and homeless person you could think of is there. It is not safe and has plenty of crime activity that you would wonder if your life was safe. On terms of price, this place is okay on price. But not for anything else. The rooms are dirty and God forbid you will find a needle or any other drug item underneath or in your mattress which by the way they don't clean, AC doesn't work, wi-fi and elevators get shut down when the management leaves and they do nothing for all the issues that it has including the smell of urine in the elevator and all other walking areas of the premises. If you value your sanity and your life do not come here. This is like a one-way ticket to homelessness or hell. The only convenience is the price and the walking distance to casinos in downtown Reno. And last but not least, be prepared to not sleep as a bunch of people who stay there cause loud noise at all ungodly hours of the night. I personally feel that this place needs to be condemned. P.S. Management is horrible and they don't know what they are doing.
Roach motel comes to mind to describe this place, mostly because I saw roaches in one of the rooms. This place is as scary as a motel can get and definitely not a safe place for kids or adults. A little maintenance might help the outside appearance of this place but I doubt it. Yikes!!
Honestly if you're expecting the Ritz Carlton you've come to the WRONG place! With that being said, you're not going to find another place in the downtown Reno area for a cheaper rate... especially when you take into account the physical size of these rooms! They are quite large! And yes, there are roaches although I have yet to find a location of similar background here that does not have them. And as long as you keep your room nice and clean I honestly rarely have issue. And we have personally never had any bed bugs. Basically, as long as you're an overall clean person that keeps up on the cleanliness of your home there's no issues! And the management as well as the maintenance have been nothing short of welcoming and quickly assisted with any request we have had.
