Sleep Inn Savannah Gateway I-95

Room was clean. Bed was super comfortable, even for my ailing husband. Lobby and hallways clean. Super close to I95. This is located in a hub of motels and restaurants. Once you get your hotel, you never need go out into the fast, busy city traffic again.The dog walking area was super convenient. Breakfast lacked protein options, but not a big deal in our case.

I’m writing this review to express my disappointment with how I was treated during my most recent visit at Sleep inn hotel I’ve stayed at this property before and have always been a loyal, valued customer. However, during my last visit, I was denied service simply for asking about the deposit policy.||When I inquired why I was being asked to pay a deposit for this stay, especially since I had not been required to do so on previous visits; the staff member became dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of clarifying the policy, I was refused service, which left me feeling disrespected and unfairly treated.||As someone who has consistently chosen this hotel and maintained good standing, I expected clearer communication and better customer service. Policies can change, but loyal guests deserve professional explanations and consistent treatment.||I hope management reviews this situation and ensures that future guests receive equal respect, transparency, and fair treatment, regardless of their questions about charges or deposits.

For a budget hotel the room was clean and very comfortable. The desk manager seemed overworked because he was running the whole place it seemed by himself but he was very friendly and gracious. The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. We stay at choice hotels always when we're traveling up and down the east coast and usually the breakfast buffet is amazing but this one was seriously lacking. The location is fabulous with so much for shopping and restaurants close by.

Room was fine we arrived 1030pm but were not given the WiFi password. The breakfast was horrible there was waffle maker, 6 slices of bread 8 yogurt s 4 mandarin oranges. There weren’t any eggs or meat, there wasn’t any cereals and milk. No bagels. No packaged danishes nothing HORRIBLE

Well at check in person was not very friendly. I asked for a room on the top floor however was told that they were not putting anyone on the top floor however, early in the morning I could hear someone in the room above me. The hotel is in need of upgrade, hallway carpet was very dirty, room was very small, no carpet on room floor, bathroom was outdated. Then as we went to breakfast the next morning before checkout, no coffee, pastries were not fresh, no coffee, no attendant on duty and had only waffles etc. This was the worst choice hotel I have ever stayed in. And to top it off it was 12,000 points to stay, I would like to have my points restored to my account at least 6,000.

This was the perfect place right off the interstate to stay. It was quiet, extremely clean and the staff was very pleasant. Although the room was a little smaller than we expected, the cleanliness and quiet far outweighed anything negative I could say. There was a restaurant at the front of the parking lot which was very convenient as well.

Very sketch hotel. Room smelled horrible. There were stains on comforter. I could see the hallway along the sides of my door when closed. Breakfast was cereal with milk that was left out and old toast, THAT WAS IT. went to check out, clerk was asleep in office, had to bang on door to get him to come out. Don't stay here, There are way too many other options in walking distance ioff the same exit, 2 of which are the same company but 2 or 3 more that are not.
