Town House Motel

I waited out in the cold at 1:30 a.m. in 7° temperature for 20 minutes waiting for him to answer the phone to let me in the front door. He finally came, I guess his phone was on silent. He was very friendly so I'm bringing the star rating up to a 4.

To the staff, management, and fellow travelers.||This is the 4th visit and I will only say I grew up In this town and this is the only Hotel i will stay at. ||Every visit whether a wedding, benefit, or recently a funeral the staff has always went out of there way to make it feel like home. The clean rooms, swimming pool, barbecue outdoors on the patio are always clean. Cheryl noticed I was in the U.S. NAVY and told me to hold on a second. She comes running back out with a U.S. NAVY DUCK....I could only laugh.... It is the little things in life that made a day of grieving into a day of laughter. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH....||For the housekeepers I tip my hat and say your hard work is impressive.... ||For the management you have created not only a positive workforce, but a FAMILY. Not the fanciest place but local business support is important. Owner is lovely. Stayed here several times and had overall positive experience each time. Community centered and reasonably priced. Cvs, a supermercado, 24 laundromat, pizza, tacos, bar, and hot dog stand all within walking distance. Dogs okay with a small deposite.

Decent place. They could update the linens a little & I did see a few rooms where the bed frames were broken.. Also THE HEAT WAS WAY TOO HIGH & COULDN'T BE CONTROLLED BY THE GUESTS IN THE ROOM... it's controlled by the office who wouldn't turn it down so we had to open the windows and doors to cool off..

Nightly rate was 50.00, wasn't even with $20.00 the place was filthy there was black mold around the tub, holes in the walls 1980 TV WITH NO Working remote or cable , window in the bathroom was boarded up, wires hanging from the ceiling where smoke detector should have been, so much more! If I wasn't exhausted I would have demanded. My money back! Never again!!! One star is overrated for this hole in the wall! Outside was very deceiving !!! Smdh

This place has alot of audacity asking for a security deposit with the condition this hotel is in. Absolutely disgusting. The lady was nice tho. Contact me if you need help remodeling this place. Thanks.

+ (considering the price,*) it's not too bad. + Staff is friendly house keeping us reliable. + AC works - parking lot very small - seems to be quite a few bugs: (waterbugs/beetles?/rollipoillis) - small fridge * I pay $250/week
