Hotel Arista

We got married at City Gate and have celebrated our anniversary at Hotel Arista every year since. This time, we were delighted to find champagne and a lovely card in our room. On the second night, they upgraded us to a suite which we truly enjoyed! The front desk and hospitality staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, spacious, and beautiful. We’ll definitely keep celebrating here and highly recommend Hotel Arista! 🙂

This was our second stay at Hotel Arista, and they helped make my husband’s birthday so special. They upgraded our room and set up champagne for us with a personalized note. The room was beautiful and clean. We loved the spacious window seat and the soaking tub. Staff were friendly and helpful. We loved our time there and look forward to the next visit!

Beautiful room, booked a room for a Valentine’s Day staycation with the wife. Free shuttle to and from hotel in a Lexus to downtown Naperville was a perfect touch. Top notch customer service. Only downside to the room was the parking lot view out the window. I’m sure I could’ve changed it if I asked, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. Definitely would re book in the future!

beautiful hotel super recommended , big rooms and nice interior

We were there for my daughter’s wedding. We stayed at this hotel as the venue was 10 minutes away. The staff was super polite, efficient, and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms are gorgeous and clean with super comfortable beds and bedding, with a reading light on each side of the bed. There is also a large smart tv. There was a couch and a table with chairs. The bathroom has a separate tub and shower. There is a tv in the bathroom mirror as a nice bonus. There is an attached parking garage for parking which is free. We were very happy with our stay at this hotel!

This was one of the best stays I have had at a hotel when traveling for business. The hospitality from everyone I encountered was top notch. The hotel also is very clean and rooms are quiet. Location also has lots of food and entertainment within close proximity. The hotel shuttle was also a great perk. Highly recommend!

Amazing hotel! Everyone working here was friendly and helpful. Room service fast and easy to order. The room was awesome, highly recommend the king suite! Next time we will book spa appointments it looked so luxurious. Near tons of stuff to do without the Chicago traffic. We will be back!
