Best Western Naperville Inn

I stayed at Best Western Naperville and found drugs in the room. Not metaphorically. Actual drugs. At around 2 or 3 a.m., I reported it to the front desk supervisor. His response? "My manager won’t be in tomorrow." Okay, fair—it was the middle of the night. But then came the comedy routine. He said "Give me 10 minutes." I waited over an hour. Nothing. I followed up—"10 more minutes." When I finally reached him, he wasn’t even in the building. Then he said "I can get back with you tomorrow or the next day. I’m not really sure when." That’s the response when a guest finds drugs in the room. Five days later, I finally spoke with the general manager—who hadn’t even been informed. Once I explained everything, he acted like he understood, then pulled a full DARVO maneuver: deny, attack, reverse victim and offender. No follow-up. No accountability. Just silence. Best Western claims to uphold "a commitment to guest safety and professional service." This experience was the opposite. No urgency. No protocol. No respect. I’m posting this to warn others and to urge Best Western corporate to investigate how this location handles serious safety concerns. Because if this is the standard, something’s seriously broken.

Positive: Great breakfast, comfortable beds and friendly staff. Bathroom had some hairs on the tub and sink but overall clean. Strange entrance to parking lot but it was very well lit. Felt safe and secure in this location. Negative: Very small bed pillows

This place was clean, well run. The management was awesome and responsive when needed. The breakfast options were as good as any hotel that includes breakfast. Room clean sheets, spotless room smell Gray, which is very important to me. I will stay there again when I visit my nieces and nephews

I had an enjoyable two night stay at Best Western in Naperville, IL. There were 40 of us on the trip. Hotel staff very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were very clean and cleaned next day while we were gone. Breakfast both mornings were excellent. Lots of choices, hot and fresh. A wonderful place to stay for business or leisure.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Started off that the room i reserved through hotels.com was canceled. I had no idea because I never received any notice. The woman at the front desk kept asking me for my name but couldn't find anything. It was annoying. Then her manager comes back and tells me my reservation was canceled. Couldn't tell me when or why. Just canceled. Prints out something that looks like he typed it up himself that just said when I booked it, my name, and the word canceled in a box. I then call hotels.com who says THEY did not cancel my reservation, but BEST WESTERN THEMSELVES canceled. So basically they took my money, canceled my reservation for NO reason, and wouldn't reimburse me. It felt super sketchy, especially no offer of a refund. The guy at the desk just sayt there like there was NOTHING HE COULD DO and just headlight me and act like I was the issue. This was sketchy as hell. Especially since the customer service at hotels.com told me MY RESERVATION WITH THEM IS VALID AND THEY HAD NO IDEA MY RESERVATION WAS CANCELED AND THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHY. This place will swindle you, take your money, and not reimburse you. And yes I would still like my REFUND for canceling my room for no reason but still taking my money.

Hotel room was very clean. It was priced well. Breakfast was good. The only issue i had was when i checked in i was not told about a pet fee. Nor was i charged. Upon checking out i was told that i had to pay 20 dollar pet fee. I dont understand why that would not have been charged while checking in.

Sort of dog friendly, the free breakfast was gluten-free friendly, loved the mini omelet s, sausage and yogurt machine. Excellent location. We were forced to change rooms which I was unhappy about, and the night prior to leaving the ceiling was leaking and dripping water onto one of the beds.
