I have been here at the Extended Stay since November and dealing with Brittany has been amazing!! She's always so helpful and friendly every time I see her, she's made my stay here very welcoming!!

Brittany and Julie have been absolutely amazing! Every time I’ve had a question or run into a problem, they’ve handled it quickly, professionally, and with such a positive attitude. They always go the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of—and somehow manage to add a cherry on top. It’s such a relief and a comfort knowing they’re at the front desk. Their kindness and dedication really make a difference in the overall experience here and I couldn’t be more grateful for the excellent service they provide!

Absolutely awful stay, and mainly due to the rude and unprofessional front desk attendant. Didn’t care to catch her name but wore glasses and has long hair. She was extremely rude for absolutely no reason and did not like when I returned that energy back to her. She was so unhelpful and spoke badly to me due to policies that we had no idea about. If I could give 0 stars, I would because of her. Her attitude was ugly and she should not work there if she does not know how to give decent customer service! The lady with colored and blonde hair was so much nicer and so much more helpful when we checked in later the same day. One room had mold all in the bathroom. You also have to take out your own trash. It also smelled like smoke/weed in the front desk area. Awful place, don’t bother, spent your money anywhere else!

I checked in today 11-07-2025. Zaebrea at the front desk is very rude. Instead of standing talking to the guest she was sitting down with her arms crossed. I thought the customer service position at the front desk consists of you standing. Can you run the camera back. I went down to ask for a stopper to stop up the sink to clean the dirty broken cabinets and she told me that they don't have those and I should be able to wash the dishes without it. Mind you it's not what you say it's how you say it. I am a firm believer of that. Bradley Williams the manger is sitting in his office while this young lady is sitting on the desk arms crossed speaking and that rude way. He then begins to say I will get one for you. It so much that I can not type. My daughter who rented the room for me because my cancer treatments are down the street and it has a kitchen without gas because gas makes me sick. After I am looking around this dirty broken room she paid 486.64 it may not be much to you all it is a lot for us. I wanted to switch to one of your cleaner nicer properties after going there and speaking to someone. I called to see if I could switch. We were told we would have to pay the full 90.00 for one night and was not able to check out until the morning. So I am basically forced for one night instead of getting something back. I reserved for another extended stay. A better one but I have to stay here to not lose on the weekly rate. I bet you will not have your sick loved ones staying here. Read the reviews it’s more about the rudeness of this young lady.

I immediately had a confrontation with the lady at the front desk. She seemed nice at first but got rather aggressive after I calmly asked why my license plate information was required to be in their system if I was going to have a parking permit on my mirror? She snatched the permit tag from me and threw it to the side saying that it’s "just their rules" and that my vehicle may be towed if I don’t provide my license plate information into their system. She refused to give me the permit tag back until I provided her my license plate number. This still doesn’t make sense to me. I understand issuing a parking permit to ensure non-guests are not using their lot without permission but to threaten to tow my car if I don’t provide my personal info is not normal at all. It’s quite simple, don’t tow vehicles that have a parking permit tag in the window. Why my license plate number had to go into their system to be allowed to park there seems weird at best and very predatory at worst (selling your data). I live on the road and hop from hotel to hotel. I have stayed at literally hundreds of hotels over the past few years. Polite refusal to provide my license plate information has never resulted in threats of towing my vehicle. Towing my vehicle from a parking spot that was paid for with the cost of my room because I didn’t provide personal data that is hardly relevant into their system doesn’t seem legal. Let alone moral. However the altercation at the front desk was only the beginning. The place was awful. The entire hotel smells dirty, damp, and kind of like cigarette/weed smoke. The room was comically outdated and just felt unclean. I was only there for one night and I couldn’t imagine being there for sustained periods which is what that type of kitchenette room is targeted towards. I went to take a shower just to find that the shower curtain was missing. Completely gone. I have never had that happen in several hundred hotel visits. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. And that is really saying something coming from a guy that lives in a new hotel every week. The audacity to threaten to tow my vehicle off of the parking lot I paid to park in but then not even have a curtain on my shower is next level delusion. I would sleep in my car before spending another dime at this place. Spend a little more and go somewhere else. This place is not worth it.

Extended Stay America Select Suites - Chicago - Naperville - East:|Positive Aspects:|Location:|The hotel's proximity to downtown Naperville and various attractions is a major plus. |Staff:|Many guests have highlighted the helpful and friendly nature of the staff, particularly those working the late-night shift. Blanca, the manager and other lady in the front office on July 4th 2025 was very nice and kind.|Rooms:|The rooms, especially the queen studios with kitchenettes, are considered spacious and clean, offering a good value for the price. |Convenience:|The full kitchens in the rooms, along with amenities like free Wi-Fi, are convenient for extended stays. |My stay:|Location:|Extended Stay America Select Suites Chicago - Naperville - East, 1827 Centre Point Cir., Naperville, IL 60563 |I came from St. Louis to Chicago for July 4th weekend with my family. Upon arriving met with Blanca who is very sweet and nice and did everything for us to board the stay. But the keys wouldn't working for us open and get it, we asked for help and she was able to help us right away. I humbly asked since the door was not working upon arriving would we be staying free, she humbly said she cannot let us stay free but can check with her manager for discount showing her kindness to take care of customers coming from a distance to stay at their place.|We came into the room, everything was up to our expectation as we have been staying at ESA for many years now. I prefer ESA because, the rooms are made for family like us who has some specific food preferences and need to cook our food fresh and eat. Also ESA mostly provides a good suite rooms which is pretty comfortable for my family. Also their locations are near highway and we mostly go for vacation by car which suits the best for us.|After we came into the room, we realized that rooms were missing some essential stuff that will make our stay very uncomfortable. One of which, we don't get the right amount of temperature |in the water used for shower rather it is either TOO HOT or TOO COLD. So I had to take shower in real cold water which I was able to because it is a hot summer and I have been going back and forth|between COLD and HOT water using in non functioning water outlet knob. You know it is a PAIN! Also, there is no towel handle where you can hang wet towel after taking shower.|I decided to report and went to front office, reported these important issues and the lady in the front office was nice enough to take my complaints and said she will try to take care of the bath water situation right away but after 24 hours it was still NOT taken care where my stay is for 3 nights and 4 days, I am out of the option of taking a peaceful BATH so I decided to write this review|so that they get an opportunity to fix the issue right away while I am still there or at least for other families who will be coming to stay in future.|I am planning to talk to the manager again this morning and will try to provide an update.
