Stayed here for 3 weeks. It was temporary due to moving from Korea back to LA. Staff and owner were nice. Breakfast and lunch was given Monday-Friday. Had to share a bathroom/shower which was inconvenient but easy to adapt to. This was a nice landing spot as it was nice for the cost.

This was an amazing place to stay in. First of all, the owner was very kind. She treated everyone with respect and made us feel like we are at home. The food was amazing. They have a designated cook and the lady cooks very well. I saved so much money and enjoyed various Korean food while I was staying here. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a short to long term stay.

Great place to live in! I have lived in this house for almost 10months and everything was here satisfied me. The commute to downtown was easy and the foods provided everyday except for Sunday saved me a lot of time and money. The owner is always nice and try to accommodate what you need. I recommend you staying here for good.

The owner was soooo kind here. She was friendly and always nice. We had a room with a private bathroom and a shower. Which is one of the reason I gave a five. Also the owner provided us with towels and water. The best part was the korean style breakfast and dinner. As a Korean, I was very satisfied with the meal. Also its about 15 minute walk to the downtown LA, and very close to K-town LA. I would 10/10 recommend this place .

A great place for both short-term and long--term stay. I stayed here for almost 2 years and it has been very comfortable. The place is close to ktown and multiple freeways. Parking is always available and food is served twice a day. The owner is always available to get the repair done in a very short period of time. Highly recommend it if you are looking for a place in the area.

The owner lady is super nice and willing to help. They offer breakfast and dinner, but on Sunday, only breakfast is served. There's a coin laundry at the parking lot, so it's convenient. The only flaw is; the bathrooms. Eventhough the cleaning lady cleans the bathrooms twice a week, but they get messy pretty quickly...

The lady (owner of these houses) is very kind when I have several questions related to my room in here and she always tries her best to help me. The price of room is reasonable and even the dinner is served for free for residents. Best place in Los Angeles to live and you will not regret 🙂
