Desert Oasis Mobile Home & RV Park

I've been living at Desert Oasis for two years now, and I'm very happy I found this place. I feel safe here, and the location is extremely convenient. The manager, Estela, is very attentive, always available, and has made noticeable improvements to the property since she took over. Maintenance has also been doing a fantastic job staying on top of everything. The rent for RVs has stayed the same for the past two years, which makes living here long term very affordable. Overall, Desert Oasis MHP has been a great place to call home.

Mark went above and beyond to assist with everything, including a trailer mechanical issue. ||Everything was great, and we will gladly stay here again!

If your planning to move here don’t expect to have any peace and quite from the neighbors in this mobile Home park; especially since the park is filled with Dogs and Stray Cats. so you can hear all the obnoxious barking, as well as be annoyed by the fact when they do bark nobody tries stop them. The neighbors usually come home lock themselves in and let the dogs go and do wharf they want. Location wise it’s inconvenient as the only 2 entrances are the ones going West on Montana which usually gets crowded with traffic and because your close to Montana, you hear the constant ambulances, show-off drivers with their mufflers and Motor vehicles accidents every week if not day.

The Park has seen a price increase and slight improvements under the new management. However the neighbors could do a better job with their pets. Some Neighbors let their dogs out and lose on the streets; most of them are harmless and small but they are pooping in other's space and bothering other neighbors dogs. They really should start managing their pets more, the place is start to smell like Dog Feces.

I'm loving El Paso!! The people here are friendly & the weather is warm . . . until it's not. The Desert Oasis MHP is a nice place to live. I've only been here a couple months, but I'm staying! I've met most of the neighbors that are close to me, some because they reached out & some because I did. About 60-70% of the park is mostly mobile homes & they have larger, fenced yards, & then there is a smaller part for RVs. Electricity, water & sewer is available on each lot. Dumpsters are available for your refuse. A handyman is on site for any issues that arise with meters, trees needing to be trimmed & the like. Excellent work. This is a basic place, no pool, no wifi, no gym, just a nice place to live, and I like the price. There are traffic noises from Montana Ave that might bother you if you're sensitive to that sort of thing, but I'm quite near the street & it's motivating to me, so that would be determined by each family. There are quite a few trees in the park, and I can't wait to see what they look like in the summer. I understand that Estella is a new manager here, and she is a shining star!

Rent increases nearly every month on top of hundreds of dollars worth of fines every month. Maintenance does no Maintenance or cleaning up the common areas, but we were fined every week for thing beyond our control. Everyone is leaving the park and no one is moving in.

This place has come from being all right too much better thanks to the new management, Stella the park manager, has and is doing a fantastic job taking care of the needs of the tenants and any maintenance needed gets done in a timely manner. This place is only going to get better and then it already has become.
