ugh SO good. By far the best scans I've received from a lab (and I've tried lots)! Rich, beautiful colors, quick turnaround times, and clear communication. Pricing is fair and I love that they offer so much customization in terms of file size and type, film borders, etc. They also have excellent customer service and are able to take a call to chat about the process.

This is the best lab in the city. If you’re looking for quality film processing and scanning, this is the spot! I’ve tried a number of labs in NYC for 35mm and medium format film and nothing beats picturehouse.

I have tried many rolls with 6 film labs in the city and brooklyn. This film lab is the best and cheapest at the same time. The scans are my favorite, I don’t know what they use but the photos are never color shifted and beyond high-res even at 25mb tiff. The people are nice, and they usually process the film within 48 hours. They also sell film for good prices. I strongly recommend. They are the only ones who actually know something about scanning, color accuracy, and proper developing.

Best lab in the city! I’ve never had an issue with them and they are always friendly, quick, knowledgeable and reliable. They could easily get away with charging more but their prices are comparable to most other labs in the city. My go to lab when I’m in NYC!

Great service, great prices, great results! I've used this lab for my past ~20 rolls of film, and the results couldn't be better. They're fast, their processing is top notch, and the scans are gorgeous. Not to mention, they charge less than the last lab I used!
