Lily massage

Bad service I paid for a hour and to get a hot stone massage. The lady didn’t even bring out any hot stones. And the most annoying part about this I tipped $15 on the 85 that I spent so I pretty much spent $100 and I didn’t even get any hot stones Horrible

I asked the front desk man for a male massage therapist 3 times. He ignored me and sent in a female massage therapist. I asked for more pressure because I’m used to much more pressure. She did her best and it was okay, but it was not the quality that I’m used to. Ignoring your clients requests is just bad policy in a service based business. I’m giving Lily Massage 1 star for quality/$$ & customer service.

Was lucky enough to get a head, neck, back, and waist massage from lily herself! She is consummate professional and it shows. This wasn’t just a feel good massage, even though it felt great. She went right to work looking for the tension points and worked them down to nothing. Felt like jelly for the rest of the day (in a great way lol)...A great massage in a nice and clean environment by a consummate professional. One of the top massage locations for sure. My girlfriend came with me and got a foot reflexology massage by one of the other staff members and also said it was worth it.

I went in for a couples massage. Paid and tipped before the service. After the massages were done, she demanded I tip her and another lady more. I tipped them way over 20% and she still said it wasn’t enough. She smacked her lips at us. After, my partner and I walked out. I will never come back here again. I should’ve checked the reviews before entering this horrible establishment.

I have come to this place for years but I don’t feel like it. It’s a high turn over rate. The main manager will not let me book with my preferred therapist, she always takes me herself. I ask her to do a hard massage but she doesn’t. I give over a 20% tip to the preferred therapist but with her I gave her a regular tip and she had the nerve to ask me for more money on a tip. Very tacky.

The poor reviews must be from the previous owners. The new management I have known for 7 years and know there rates are very competitive and do not allow staff to be on cell phones or talk to each other during the massage. Their staff is well trained and I never come away disappointed.

My girlfriend and I went to this establishment, we have no words. We were humiliated and disrespectful and took our dignity. The most unprofessional service we ever had. They had us pay first and then demanded tip before the service. They embarrassed us in front of the whole place, we have never been talked to or treated like this. When we confronted them they were not remorseful and they continued to argue about the tip. We went to go to support and have a lovely experience and we have never been so humiliated.during the massage they didn’t listen to our resquest and they were laughing and talking the whole entire time. The massage was terrible, we paid over 140+ to this establishment and they didn’t have any customer services. They were very rude, degrading and insulting. Never ever go to this place if you don’t want to be treated like NOTHING. I have never been so embarrassed and disgraced by an establishment, they made us feel terrible and we will never be returning. Save your money and time.
