Yoselyn was really helpful and was able to help me in getting a few products I needed for some private time she even tested something out for me to make sure that it worked before I left the store. Customer service was a 10 out of 10 and the environment was a good 10 out of 10 as well. It wasn’t too busy and people were there minding their business and shopping for themselves.

My husband and I went last night, we wanted to browse and look at all the stuff they had, but unfortunately we didnt have the best experience. At first we were having a great time in our own bubble looking at all the cool stuff they have. It is a very nice selection. But then we were approached by a female employee asking about a display, and when we told her we didn't know what she was talking about she kind of got an attitude and irritated look on her face and walked off. We went about our business and suddenly there were a bunch of men around us. Im not sure if they worked there or not. I know my husband did not like that at all. So we went to the other side of the store and looked at their pipes. We decided to buy one, when the male employee came to get it out of the glass case he proceeded to ask us again about some display. I didnt appreciate that at all. We came to have fun and enjoy our time alone. I offered they could search our pockets and what not. I dont carry a purse and my husband only has pockets. Maybe we came on a bad night, I know its not the best area. And im sure the employees there have to deal with plenty of BS. We still bought a couple things. The pipe was adorable and works great. I hope if we ever do come back we have a different experience

Eryn and allie were very helpful. My gf had lost her charger, so they gave us one for free from the back and sold the very last unit they still had for sale of the product. Top tier, very helpful. Would recommend. The day is saved

Was help out today by Erin at the Dallas/Shiloh rd location. She first greeted me with a big beautiful smile and was very helpful with finding the items I was looking for. She was very informative about products and specials the had going. Will definitely return for her help and guidance.
