We lucked out that Jay had a shift the day we spontaneously decided to wander in. Jay was so super helpful! We can’t thank you enough. We loved talking to Jay and there’s zero judgment just fun and knowledge! Good laughs too. No need to be shy. Elise welcomed us warmly and brightly. She was just lovely to talk to with beautiful energy! She even escorted us up stairs this place is not messing around they are elegant here. Thank you Elise you are amazing! We would go back just to say hello and speak with her and Jay! I don’t think I can go to any other store like this after the fact . The bar is set high! It’s a professional and inviting space. Respectful and exciting ! The layout is easy to take in and to understand! I wish I could’ve spent more time and money here. I so appreciate the genuine interest and assistance especially in this subject matter / type of sales. Not to mention the amazing deals and discounts you get for signing up your email 15% right off the bat and in these times who doesn’t alternate that? A 20% voucher card as well. And free spank paddles. I left with a goody bag ! My kind of party. It made me want to tell everyone as I will tell all of my lesbian baddies gfs ex gfs ex gf’s gfs others bfs dogs pets sisters cousins all of the above! If you’re in nyc especially ladies !!! Went there last night (Saturday night) and the employee by the name of Tiffany was very helpful. She was very educated and knowledgeable in the environment that she was in. She provided us with great customer service and made me and my girlfriend feel very welcomed. Thank you Tiffany. We have new toys 😀

I like the products in the store but the girl with the colorful hair was very rude to me she kept giving me attitude every time I asked for a shoe size and she was blowing her elf bar in my face Hustler Hollywood you need to do better with your staff hiring.

Cynthia is awesome. Bought the Melt toy in January and it ended up not working. Couldn’t find my receipt so I called up and spoke with Cynthia to help find my transaction. She was patient and ended up finding my receipt!

I love this store sm, they have rlly good options for Halloween. Nae (I’m sorry if I’m writing it incorrectly) was super sweet and helpful. I’ll def be back soon! <3
