Staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful here (without being pushy). Selection is great and prices comparable to online. Been coming here for years and will always choose a store which creates jobs for cool people. Ok 'nuf said, gonna go play with my toys now.

Good store with good selection, but the guy with the afro (didn’t get his name) working there on a Sunday was so unfriendly and unhelpful. I had questions about a product and he looked annoyed answering, also made absolutely no effort to try to be of help. I definitely didn’t have the same luck as the other reviewers did.

This place is so stylish and cool. How they manage to get great stuff in a small space is beyond me but they pull it off. I found everything I needed despite thinking I might not be able to find what was looking for due to three store not having the items. John was so freaking NY cool and so informative when it came to answering questions that we needed some answers too. He even showed us how things work which helps when you are dealing with different materials, buckles, and straps. I highly recommend this place for a cool stuff when you’re in the village or if you’re on the hunt!

Love this place. What's more, their teams helpful introductions to the vast array of products on offer make the potentially overwhelming choice an absolute breeze. They guide you through the store with the grace of a seasoned tour guide, and their product demonstrations are a sight to behold or you can shop unbothered. But it’s worth the conversation especially when connecting with Johnnie/YahYah and Melanie. They know their stuff, there’s no judgy weird looks and they’re fun to talk to. Having visited The Pleasure Chest a few times, I can confidently say that each visit has been an opportunity to discover something new, intriguing, and often mind-blowing.

This place is wonderful. I'm very new to dating women and the cashier was so understand and welcoming and informative. He def taught us how some things work and made me feel like I can come back and ask more questions. I purchased some items recommended and I suggest buying rhe truth or dare sex game cards. Thank you to the gentleman who helped us! He deserves a raise! Cheers!

I had such a positive experience here. I came with two of my girlfriends and Johnny made us feel so comfortable and welcome and answered all of our questions! 10/10 recommend for a friendly and welcoming spot with a great selection.
