Wonderful place to shop for most of your more naughty needs! They don’t have the widest selection in more heavy fetish gear, but if you left one of your fav toys behind, they’ve got you covered. Great staff as well. Luca is always very welcoming whenever I’m having a tough time looking for things.

This is a gorgeous store with awesome staff! It has LGBTQIA+ inclusive items and books for all! You can also ask staff to see how items work outside of the box which really help clear up any questions before purchasing. Prices are also reasonable for the quality of the items! I had a superb experience! I highly recommend The Pleasure Chest!

Absolutely horrible experience at The Pleasure Chest. From the moment we walked in the atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming. Nobody greeted us and instead of being treated with even basic respect we were met with arrogance and rudeness from one staff member in particular. My partner was spoken to in a condescending and dismissive way that was completely uncalled for. That one encounter ruined the entire visit for us. As if that was not enough, the prices here are outrageous. You can find the same products online for half the price, often with better quality, so there is no reason to put up with this kind of treatment on top of being overcharged. It really feels like they think they are doing you a favor just by letting you shop there, which is ridiculous. What makes this even worse is that this same staff member has shown unprofessional behavior outside of the store as well. They leave inappropriate comments online in community groups while listing this business as their employer, and some of those posts include anti LGBTQIA+ sentiments. That is completely unacceptable for any business that claims to serve a wide range of customers. It reflects terribly on the business as a whole and makes it clear that there is no oversight on who they hire or how those people represent the company. Because of this individual’s behavior both in person and online I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The Pleasure Chest has lost my business permanently and I will never recommend this place to anyone. Terrible service, inflated prices, and staff who clearly have no respect for customers.

Literally they were so nice my friend and I were there for like 40 minutes and they showed us all the toys and gave us some demonstrations. bought a bunch of their chocolates which are wonderful in taste and effect. 10/10. best shopping experience ever super friendly no shame or awkwardness at all.

I like to base my reviews on a few variables. Cleanliness, visual appearance, ambiance & customer service for the most part. The place is quite large and laid out in a U shape. Things are mostly categorized with a few other things scattered. There is a large variety of vibrators varying in price and quality approx $30 - over $200. There are also a large selection of dildos ranging in various price & quality. Decent size selection of women's costumes & lingerie as well as BDSM, whips, electrostimulation, gags masks and more. There is also a small section of massage candles, oils, lock boxes. The place is clean & tidy. They have a dressing room to try on clothes. 2 staff members the day I was there. Both very knowledgeable about almost everything. I definitely left there more educated than when I arrived.
