HUSTLER® Hollywood

Just wanted to recognize Annie for her excellent customer service and very pleasant attitude! My husband and I came in looking for one specific item, not only did she offer her recommendations but gave her honest input about each product we had questions about. In the end we ended up buying multiple products (zero regrets). This is why this is our staple shop! The staff here are always amazing and so helpful!

Wanted to recognize Vanessa for being so helpful while showing both my husband and myself all of the amazing toys the shop had to offer! She took the time to hear us out on our preferences and she knew exactly what to show us! Also wanted to give a shoutout to Quinn for being so pleasant and polite when we came in, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The staff here are incredible, which is why I make this my home shop. Great job guys!

Don't shop here! They sell products that literally will not turn on, and won't exchange them. The woman that works the back room is very rude and unprofessional. They literally just steal people's money.

Just wanted to give Rian a shoutout for being extremely helpful and polite. I found exactly what I was looking for and then some 🙂 this location was so clean, neat and had all kinds of fun stuff to look through. Definitely making this my go to shop!

The store was very clean and bright. But I won't be back. My husband is not a big fan of going into adult places, but he did for me. We didn't know what we wanted. However, I wanted to get a few things. We went into the back, and within minutes, both employees were back there just watching us. I was trying to be understanding, but the whole thing felt like a judgement, and my husband was very uncomfortable. We decided to leave after 15 minutes, and as soon as we left, both employees were at the front counter again. I will not go back.

Just left a few minutes ago with s few what I expect to be very fun items. Store was immaculate inside and out and my sales superwoman was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had honestly candidly. Thank you so much Hunter. I didn't feel judged and you now have a new customer. You will definitely get any referrals that come my way.

Well, I'm not ashamed to admit that I'm a huge fan of the HUSTLER Hollywood chain of adult stores, I'd say they're my favorite place to get adult "goods." It's nice having a location in the suburbs of Portland. It's clean and well-kept, with brighter lighting. Pretty classy, if you ask me. Sometimes I do feel uncomfortable in shops of this nature, but they do a good job hiring people who don't seem judgmental or creepy. My partner and I came here about a week ago and the employee was happy to answer any questions we had. They can be a little pricier than is ideal at times, but they're definitely worth stopping by if you're into this stuff, and they have a good rewards program.
