Friend was visiting from out of state and decided to show him a nice South Florida experience. It was my first time at The Club FTL (have been to the Orlando location) and was very satisfied. The staff was friendly and attentive, the gym equipment was top notch and suitable for actual bodybuilding needs. The facilities were exceptionally clean, with staff tending to showers and common areas routinely just about every 15-20 minutes. The outdoor pool, patio, and hot tub are very nice and have a very lush ambience with the trees and shaded lounging areas. Steam rooms in particular are my favorite and this location had a maze which made cruising exciting and mysterious; heavy steam, dark atmosphere with black lights for subtle visibility really ramped up the temperature and made it even more fun. The wooden dry sauna was also a decent size. We got a deluxe room and it was perfect for our visit; the bed was a double size and came with fresh sheets, clean pillows, and a mounted tv; though we don’t watch anything. The overall ambience of the showers and common areas were very modern with cool lighting features. I rated 4/5 due to the lack of more common play areas, but it’s understandable given the size. Overall, had an excellent experience! My friend enjoyed his time and I’ll absolutely be back when I visit FTL again.

Amazing club! The pool and sauna are the best in south Florida. The gym actually looked pretty well stocked but I didn't get to use it. Question- for next time, is there a clothing policy for the gym? I've always wanted to workout in a speedo or jockstrap. Is that possible here?

Club Fort Lauderdale is a great club. The people are friendly. The staff is friendly and will bend over backwards to help you with any problem. You might have. They all worked together for a very pleasurable experience. Treat the staff how you’d like to be treated and everything will be fine.

Dear CLUB FLL Team, I hope you’ll take some of these ideas into consideration to make the club a better place for everyone. You have a lot of potential. This is a business that clearly works and still has plenty of room to grow and generate even more revenue. But to make members happy and attract new ones, you need to listen to us. 1. Check-in process It’s currently too slow, even for members. You need a software update immediately. Members should be checked in quickly and efficiently. 2. Membership cards Not having the physical card shouldn’t be a problem. Again, this is a software issue. It’s fine if you take our picture or verify another way, but people don’t carry physical cards anymore. 3. Body count / Club occupancy This feature has proven successful at other clubs. Run a trial or check competitors—you’ll see the value. Members want to know how many people are currently at the club. A software solution could easily show this online, even with member profiles visible to others. 4. Pricing structure Charging a minimum of six hours is fine, but consider adding an hourly rate for overstaying instead of forcing people to leave. This change would increase revenue, remove the need for uncomfortable speaker announcements, and make the experience more relaxed for members. 5. Food and snacks Please improve the food options. I’m not asking for a full bar—just better sandwiches or simple meals. You’ll definitely make more money. 6. Common areas This might be a bigger change, but consider expanding or improving shared areas, similar to the Orlando club—more GH space, beds with curtains, slings, etc. Honestly, that would attract far more clients than the gym does. You could even repurpose the gym area for more popular activities. 7. Comfort and waiting areas Please replace the sofa in the sitting area and add a couple more benches outside. The line can be uncomfortable and frustrating. Even with a faster check-in system, member comfort matters. Long lines don’t attract people. 8. Music & atmosphere Consider bringing in a DJ occasionally, especially on weekends. Music plays a big role in the vibe. Sometimes it’s too mellow or romantic—it kills the energy. More upbeat, engaging music would make a huge difference. 9. Add hand showers in the toilets. This small upgrade would make a huge difference for everyone’s comfort and hygiene. 10. Mirror room lighting. The lighting is too strong. Consider dimming it or repurposing the space — for example, adding two slings or creating another themed area for more interaction and fun. 11. GH room. The current lockers are oversized, which limits capacity. You could redesign the layout with smaller lockers to fit more units and even add holes (including outward-facing ones) for better use. 12. Steam room and dry sauna. Both would benefit greatly from background music to enhance the mood. The steam room could also include an essential oil diffuser — eucalyptus or tea tree would elevate the sensory experience. The dry sauna lighting, on the other hand, should be dimmed; right now, it’s too bright to fully relax. Thanks for reading my review. I know if you guys implement some of these ideas, you will make a lot of members happy. I want to also offer my help to implement the software update if you are interested in making this change.

Honestly had a great time both nights! Very clean and well maintained I wish we had something like this in New York. Not sure about the other reviews but staff was friendly and information was provided to let folks know if there’s a wait for the rooms. Can’t wait to come back!

Maybe to have a full club on Tuesdays, drop the price of a locker to $17.5 to match the single room. My partner and I would gladly share a room if it wasn't more expensive to get a locker. As guests, I'd sacrifice the second room to have more people in the club

I had a very disappointing experience at this place. I was denied entry without a clear explanation, which felt unfair and unprofessional. I arrived respectfully and followed all instructions, yet I was treated poorly from the moment I walked in. Good customer service should include clear communication and respectful treatment, regardless of the situation. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I do not recommend this location based on my experience.
