Melrose River Club

We stayed the weekend for our high school reunion, and it was an amazing experience. The property was beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for gathering especially our event spent relaxing and catching up around the fire pit. What really made our stay exceptional was the incredible staff. In particular, Jadyn, Melodie, and Max went above and beyond to accommodate every request, big or small, and their kindness truly helped make our reunion memorable. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality shown by the entire staff made all the difference. I highly recommend the Melrose River Club for any group getaway, and we are already booked to return in 2026!

I booked a weekend getaway for my girlfriend and me, and the entire experience was incredible. The hospitality was top-tier, and the cabins were cozy, clean and had character. From the bartenders and front desk staff to the owner himself, everyone radiated positive energy and made the atmosphere feel welcoming and fun. Leading up to our stay, Margaret went above and beyond with her kindness and exceptional customer service—truly a 10/10 experience from start to finish. We’re already planning to come back and make this our new tradition!

What an experience to "glamp"! We went as a group for a friends birthday and we had such a fun and comfortable time. Most of our group stayed in a lot of the Casitas while the birthday girl stayed in the big bungalow. The office staff were so friendly and helpful + they have free mimosas in the morning. Will be definitely coming back. Also, we were so close to the San Marcos river and this location had great access to it as well as an amazing pool + pool bar! 10/10 ✨

Loved our staycation for our anniversary at this place. The stylish cabin was clean and provided everything we needed like a frig and stovetop. Special welcome touches made the place charming and romantic. We enjoyed the pool, the pool bar, the paths along the river and lounge chairs with scenic views. Check in and check out was made easy by the staff. Definitely coming back.

Truly this is going to be my boyfriend and I’s tradition to come back here multiple times a year! What a great adult glamping experience. My boyfriend booked this as a surprise for my birthday and the staff made the celebration extra special! He was able to rent a cabana and the team decorated it for my birthday. The hospitality is unmatched and Margret was so sweet and accommodating ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay down to even prepping and leaving the materials for our fire pit. The river access and view is unmatched and the owners even set up mimosas and chairs by the river and don’t even get me started on the gorgeous pool and bar! The tiny Homes are modern, cozy, and the perfect size. I cannot wait to come back here I am already dying to plan our next trip!

Great stay! Cabin was immaculate, so clean! Cabin was cute, trendy and comfortable with everything you need. Pool area was awesome, and it’s just a short walk to the San Marcos river which had Adirondack chairs to sit and enjoy the river view. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Monica at the bar makes great margaritas! We’ll definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Melrose River Club for a reunion of sorts between college friends (eat 'em up, 'Cats!). The bungalow cabin was beautiful, cozy, and so thoughtfully designed. Every detail—from the charming decorations and consistent branding throughout the space to the luxury linens, fluffy towels, and high-quality toiletries—made it feel like a boutique getaway. The hospitality was incredible, and the energy of the place was warm and welcoming. Between the pool and river access, we couldn’t have asked for a better balance of comfort and fun. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable escape!
