Target

I had a really good experience shopping at Target. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. I found everything I needed, from groceries to home items, without any trouble. The staff was helpful when I asked for assistance and the checkout process was smooth. My only complaint is that a few shelves were low on stock, but overall it was a great trip and I will definitely be back.

I have a physical disability and had heart problems this year. I have to put my purse in the basket because I'm not strong enough to carry it. I was shopping pre black Friday clearance sales. I was followed aggressively by loss prevention until I finally decided to stop shopping and leave. Upon check out the self scan went off beeping like an alarm and I was told I have to ring everything over again because this is a mechanism they use for people who are stealing. On this visit I experienced discrimination based upon a physical disability and I'm considering escalating to corporate. Anyone else who has a physical disability beware you may be their next TARGET 🎯 OF DISCRIMINATION.

People in store are friendly and helpful, but don't bother trying to call for any reason. Wasted 20 minutes trying to get a hold of someone to see if they carried something just to be hung up on four times in a row by three different departments. Management said the phones are unreliable and they're trying to get them replaced but if they're THAT unreliable they should just be shut off. Very frustrating experience.

I come here for clothes, and some game consoles, but I asked the guy questions about pc tower boxes and he was really knowledgeable about some stuff, he even gave me some advice on where to go to get a cheaper pre-built one. And was really sweet!!!

We came in at about 7:30pm on 11/5. We needed some help in electronics. A newer associate was helping us and then Elias stopped by to help with some questions we had about a sale. I guess he was the manager on duty because everyone needed his attention. He answered all our questions and was very helpful, funny and patient. Seems like a great boss/manager. Exceptional customer service. Thanks Elias.

Very poor selection of mens underwear and socks. Only one pack of classic briefs in an off brand and no size 13-15 white full length socks. They really need to fix this! Mostly empty shelves.

Target experienced a system error with their credit card system yesterday. Although this was not Targets fault as it was a global issue. The managers and associates handled it very poorly, very rude. No one took lead on the action, it felt as if no one was trained to handle this and even the asset protection guy seemed to be a little dismissive about it all. I still have not gotten 50 bucks in faulty charges returned to my account. Last visit to target for awhile.
