Sheldon MHP, LLC

As a long time resident of the Sheldon neighborhood, I never had any issues. Neighbors are pretty respectful, there’s no suspicious activity as I know it, one of the few places where housing is affordable, and occasional events. There could’ve been a public swimming pool being built a long time ago when it had the chance to expand to the empty lot, but that couldn’t come to fruition. I’m hoping that this mobile home park would not be touched by the city so that the community can continue thriving for cheap housing and decent living, for those that are low income or saving money. I will never forget about this place if I ever move out, otherwise I would come back to this community.

I was looking for a place to live after moving to Fort Lauderdale area for my job. Ms. Kathy was able to get me into a home exactly when I needed it. I have lived here for 2 years now. No problems with neighbors. No drama or crime in the area. They have always responded quickly to any problems I had. I am being transferred soon and I would like to thank Ms. Kathy and her staff for being so kind and giving me a safe place to live.
