Love these people at Sunshine Holiday RV Camping Resort. They were professional and kind to us from the office to their whole staff. As new RV campers they talked us through on the various features we had to keep us in good standing. Including being sweet to my dog Blue. They cleaned up each site including the recreation area & pool. Each day they picked up our trash, so we had no concerns about any of the wildlife on our camp sight. We had neat Green love birds.

I gave them a 2 and that is being generous. What a complete dump unlike any other RV park and we have been to over 50. Your slide out is inches away from your neighbors. The sewer connection is on the side of RV where steps and awning is. So you don’t even want to put out awning no room and smells. The Park is run down any sketchy people coming in and out there are no gates that work. Young kids working around the street with backpacks on at night. We couldn’t even finish staying there one night definitely not a secure location. I use the restroom on the way out. I had to leave it and go back inside my trailer and use my own. Looks like it had been cleaned in weeks The neighborhood Surrounding the park if that’s what you wanna call it it’s scary. I can’t believe this is a Thousand trails RV park. I don’t care how cheap it is or if it’s even free you don’t wanna stay here because you leave with things missing. Spoke to a few people and said a lot of theft.. Couldn’t even finish staying there one night. I have outdoor camera and I could just see strange things happening at night.. So we packed up classes as we could get out of there. Be very careful if you have to stay there. Worst Park ever!

Why would anyone be assigned to this spot? There were numerous other empty sites that were roomier. The neighbor had parked his truck in what we later confirmed was our spot. He certainly made no effort to offer to move his vehicle. Since we checked in after hours we weren't totally sure if that was our spot or not. An unsatisfying experience. The office offered to put us in a different site but fortunately we were there for only the one night. Thank goodness.

I have lived at Sunshine Holiday MHCC RV and Camping Resort for over 15 years, and these serious issues started only after the new manager and staff took over. The level of disrespect, hostility, and unprofessional behavior toward residents is unacceptable. Cars and trailers are being towed constantly, day and night, even when residents pay for parking. I pay $150 per month for my trailer and have been forced to pay over $2,000 in towing fees. This appears excessive and unfair and feels more like targeting residents than enforcing reasonable rules. Meanwhile, management fails to maintain the property. Security gates are broken or left open despite monthly fees, unauthorized individuals enter the property at night, common areas are dirty, trees are overgrown and damaging roofs, and maintenance fees are charged with little to no maintenance provided. This situation requires immediate attention from ownership or corporate management. Long-term residents deserve safety, respect, and fair treatment. These issues must be addressed.

The manager in this property is very disrespectful. Almost all residents agreed about it. He is always somewhere else instead of actually doing his job. Everytime there is an issue all office member say it was the manager(Jose Rivera) but when it time to speak with him he just say I don't have time for you and leave the property. I saw him making employees cry and week later she quitted. We had enough of him. Every resident will write a review about the issues they had with him. This has become a nightmare not a Resort anymore. People are selling and leaving.

Very unprofessional and disrespectful experience I had an extremely bad experience with Jose Rivera, manager at Sunshine Holiday. His manners were completely unacceptable for someone in a management position. He was rude, dismissive, and showed no respect when speaking to customers. On top of that, the situation involving tow trucks was handled in a very disrespectful and unprofessional way. There was no clear communication, no willingness to help, and absolutely no concern for how the situation affected us. This kind of behavior reflects very poorly on Sunshine Holiday. Management should be setting an example, not creating stress and frustration for customers. I would not recommend dealing with Jose Rivera or this company based on this experience.

We travel as a family for my husband’s job bouncing state to state. by far the WORST campground we have stayed at. when we first arrived they did not have our camp spot pw ready in the late arrivals box. we called all emergency/ on call numbers to try to get our spot number. we were blocked from all numbers ended up having to get a hotel for the night even though we had already paid for our night at the campground. When booking they stated we were allowed to have up to 2 vehicles once getting to the campground 18 hours away from home they stated we would have to park our 2nd vehicle in a gated storage space or at another location. They also tried to tell us we weren’t allowed to have our Service animals after over a month of us staying there. Office staff is very disrespectful.
