It's fabulous. Very relaxing. The staff is wonderful and helpful. You have your own private sauna. Clean place, private parking lot in the back. I highly recommend!!

I wanted to start incorporating infrared sauna into my fitness routine and I’m so glad I stumbled upon this place! It’s very clean and each room is private. It’s the perfect place to relax / get a great sweat.

Absolutely love Calor! The studio is spotless, beautifully designed, and has such a calm, welcoming vibe. The saunas are clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing or getting a deep sweat. The staff is always friendly and attentive. it’s truly my favorite place to recharge.

Never heard of this before, but I’m glad I did. The benefits are legit, and the best part? You get to pick your own music to unwind to. The space is clean, modern, and sets the tone the second you walk in — you know you’re about to relax. The owners are top-notch, and Ali made my first experience feel effortless and welcoming. She is a pretty amazing person! Safe to say, I’m locking in weekly visits. Stumbled on a gem. 10/10.

If you’re seeking a self-care moment to yourself, you arrived at just the place. The space is beautiful, tranquil, and so clean. Every item is artfully placed. The owners, Ali and Shelly are amazing people and they’ll help you feel so welcome! The Eucalyptus cold towels are my favorite little treat. Sunlighten saunas they use in the rooms are the highest quality in the industry for the highest quality infrared light and heat. There are color therapy benefits to explore and while I tend to stay in the silence, you can even play your own sound by connecting to the built in bluetooth speaker! A Calor session makes me feel like I had the cleanest sweat, I’m uplifted and energized, with more mental ease. Perfect place to practice breathing and recover from my lifting sessions and runs. Could not recommend Calor more, go book a session!

Calor is an absolute gem! The vibes are a solid 10/10 – everything about the place just feels incredibly zen and peaceful. From the moment I walked in, I felt instantly relaxed. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience. I loved every moment of my visit and can’t wait to return!

Had a great experience in the private infrared sauna room! The facilities are super clean, the sauna had a consistent heat, the bluetooth speaker was a nice touch, and I liked that you could also change the light settings. I was about to have a very stressful week at work so it was a great way to detox a bit! If I lived in town, I would definitely become a member - hope something similar opens up in my neighborhood!
