I had my head spa with Lacy today, and it was honestly the best head spa experience I’ve ever had. The peppermint shampoo felt incredibly cooling and refreshing, and the scalp exfoliation was done with what seemed like professional equipment and such precision and care. You could really tell how detailed and thoughtful the process was. The massage itself was the perfect balance of relaxing and refreshing, and I felt completely at ease the entire time. I also want to mention how sweet and welcoming the owner is. She was incredibly kind and thoughtful, which made the whole experience even better. I’m already planning to come back again. This place is truly amazing, and I can’t recommend it enough.

I had such a great experience at Nirvana! I visited on Valentines Day, and this was my first time getting a professional massage. Turner did such an amazing job ensuring I was comfortable, and relaxed. The hot lava rocks, body gua sha, and cupping ritual was 10/10! I am definitely returning soon. (Plus, I was gifted a cupcake ! I live in Gainesville but work in Orlando, so I’ve tried a lot of spas in both areas over the past decade. I work long hours, so I make self-care a priority when I can on my limited time off, and Nirvana Day Spa has exceeded my expectations every single time, even compared to many of the "higher-end" spas in Orlando. The atmosphere is so calming and immersive, the facility is incredibly clean, and every staff member I’ve seen has been kind, professional, and excellent at what they do. Their head spa service is truly unlike anything I’ve experienced anywhere else and absolutely worth it! It’s even more soothing and relaxing than you can imagine. I’m so grateful to have found this gem in Gainesville.

I’m so happy that I found my new massage place! Moving from California, I needed to find a new masseuse and after a few tries I finally found Nirvana! The environment was welcoming, inviting and smelled amazing!!! I got massages by Lacey and Turner and they were both great! I have chronic lower back pain and I love deep tissue/almost acupressure massages. Both of them hit the spot! I told my husband to try it and he loved Turner’s massages. We love this place, thank you so much for being amazing!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Lacy. I have fibromyalgia, and finding a massage therapist who truly understands how to work with chronic pain—without causing more pain—has been incredibly difficult. Lacy is a true godsend. She has magical hands and an intuitive touch that makes me feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for during every session. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and always takes the time to listen to how my body is feeling that day. Her knowledge and skill are obvious in the way she adjusts her techniques to meet my specific needs, and she never pushes beyond my comfort level. I leave each session feeling relaxed, supported, and noticeably better—something I don’t experience easily with fibromyalgia. If you are someone who struggles with chronic pain or simply wants a therapist who is compassionate, highly skilled, and truly invested in your well-being, I cannot recommend Lacy enough. She is exceptional.

I had my massage done today with Justin. It was 100% on point. He listened, we communicated, and he got my key points that were bothering me. I feel like a new person. The pain has decreased tremendously in my back and my arms and neck. I highly recommend.

My experience was truly incredible. Ashlie is extremely knowledgeable and seems to know every product on the market. She recommended products that work best for my skin and helped me understand which ones I should keep in my routine. I got the Nirvana Facial, and it was completely different from any other facial I’ve ever had. She performed multiple treatments during the session, and I could see an immediate result afterward.
