Qua Spa at Caesars Palace offers a refined retreat with a blend of luxurious amenities and meticulous service. The Roman-inspired baths, including saunas, jacuzzis, and steam rooms, provide a serene escape, while gender-specific relaxation zones ensure privacy. Skilled therapists deliver tailored massages, balancing pressure and technique to enhance comfort. The spa’s thoughtful touches—such as temperature-controlled pools and a tranquil lounge with refreshments—elevate the experience.

Attention to detail extends to specialized treatments like aromatherapy and hot stone massages, though occasional interruptions or minor service inconsistencies may detract from perfection. The welcoming staff and high-end atmosphere make it a standout for those seeking relaxation amid Las Vegas’s energy. While pricing reflects its premium positioning, perks like discounts for loyalty members add value.

Had a wonderful Restful Aromatherapy 50 mins Couples Massage here with my husband last week! Our masseuses Juliana and Sarah were awesome—we felt relaxed and enjoyed the massage, and pressure level was perfect. The spa is nice and clean—you also get to enjoy their amenities (sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, etc) but note, they are gender specific, so my hubby and were in separate areas. Pricing is a bit expensive ($380) but they also give 15% discount for Caesars reward seven stars players which is great!

Had a great experience at Qua Baths & Spa at Caesars Palace. The atmosphere is peaceful and luxurious, and the Roman baths, steam rooms, and relaxation areas make it easy to completely unwind. The staff was professional and welcoming, and the service felt top quality. Perfect escape from the busy Las Vegas Strip. Highly recommend!

Had a really wonderful time relaxing in the spa! The steam room smells like mint and maybe eucalyptus? Dry sauna was comfortable and there was an arctic room too (i think it was around 50 degrees so not freezing cold, but there was ice on the floor). Then there was a nice hot tub that you could move around nicely in. Down the hall are three additional tubs of different temperatures (cold, hot and lukewarm). Love the lukewarm pool where you could lie down with your head underwater and just lay straight out. So comfortable! There is also a nice little TV lounge area where dried fruits and hot teas and cold fruit drinks/waters are available. Showers are really nice and have all sorts of shower heads and settings which was fun to play around with. Finally, there's a nice area where you can shave, do your hair, use mouthwash, and more. Oh yeah, they also had a scale right by the dry sauna which I thought was a nice touch too. Can you tell I haven't really ever gone to a really nice luxury spa before? I really enjoyed it and remembered every detail. I thank the guys on staff for being so kind and welcoming each day. I went every day of my stay at Caesars Palace and found the time I spent here a great way to relax and recharge. Thank you for a great experience!

Had a great massage and day in the spa. Beautiful pools, loved the cold plunge and arctic room. Love that there was a shower in the steam room that was lovely and not something you see in a lot of spas. Great staff. Love that they had the red light mask and the lymph drainage boots.

Having maintenance staff talking, and working in the spa is a bad look and completely disrupts the relaxation. Maintenance should be done in off hours. Other maintenance members at one point came in to the wash room area and were washing up and having random conversations. Very unprofessional. Additionally, wifi was not available in the lounge area. Lastly, the dry sauna was not set at 90 celcius or above, which is the industry standard. Ultimately, it's a beautiful place which is missing the experience factor.

I recently booked a hot stone massage at QUA Spa and paid over $600 for the service, which included add-ons such as CBD oil and a collagen face mask. At that price point, I expected a fully immersive and uninterrupted luxury experience. During the massage, the therapist needed to step out mid-service for a personal break. I understand that staff are human and situations arise. However, this is not something I have experienced at other spas, including smaller local establishments, and it disrupted the relaxation and overall flow of the treatment. Additionally, the collagen mask repeatedly slipped down over my lips. I had to reposition it multiple times. While I was told it was safe for the mask to rest on my lips, it was uncomfortable and mildly interfered with my breathing, which detracted from the relaxation component of the service. For a spa positioned as high end, there should be stronger attention to treatment execution and continuity of service. When guests invest in upgraded enhancements, the expectation is seamless delivery and detail oriented care. While the facilities are beautiful, the overall service experience did not fully align with the premium standard reflected in the pricing.

I visited and relaxed at the Qua Spa on 12/27/2025. I paid $140 for the day pass and was absolutely stunned with the beauty of the facilities and professionalism of the staff. I was so relaxed in their beautiful, clean and wonderful hot baths, saunas, and steam rooms. The staff were kind, polite and made me feel like a VIP. They keep you hydrated with bottled water, juices, and small snacks. I finished my stay with a wonderful shower with three different spouts, a shave, and aftershave. It was by far, easily, the best money I spent in Las Vegas. Highly Recommend.
