Peacock Day Spa & Massage

I had a massage at Peacock Day Spa & Massage and my therapist was amazing! She was super professional, kind, and really listened to what I needed. The pressure was perfect — firm but relaxing — and she found all the right spots on my back and shoulders. The room was clean, cozy, and smelled great too. I’ve tried a few places around town, but this one honestly stands out. Highly recommend asking for the therapist if you need real relief and relaxation!

Went for a 60 minute massage and 30 minutes foot massage. The bed didn’t heat up. I told them the lady kept trying to put blankets on me. I told her that’s not heating the bed. Then she goes and gets a heating pad trying to put it under me. I’m like you using up my time trying to connect a heating pad. She says "oh u ain’t tell me". I said why am I telling you when the bed should be heated you should know that. That’s not something u select in a booking. They didn’t restart my time. They used my time to find a heating pad and connecting it. Then after I was done and was about to pay they tried to be slick and charge my card $124 but it didn’t go through cause I only transferred $110. I said how is it $124 it’s $110 she said no I did $110 and a $4 charge I said no u didn’t. And what’s a $4 charge for she said oh it’s a fee to use the machine. I told her say that don’t try to charge my card what she wanted to. She actually was trying to throw a $10 tip in there. So be sure you check what you actually being charged. The guy who actually did my massage was ok the service overall not so good.

I began my birthday celebration at the Peacock day spa. What an awesome start to my birthday. Anna was sensational. Her massage relaxed me, soothed me, healed me and pampered me. Everything I was looking for. Rock was a gentleman and Anna was a lovely professional. If the rest of my birthday celebration is half as good? I'll be delighted to be 65 yrs old. I wholeheartedly recommend Peacock Day Spa. Thanks Anna, I'll be coming back.

I love this place !! Soo good. I went in with a lot of tension and left feeling so relieved and relaxed. One of the best massages I’ve had - highly recommend!

UPDATE: After returning for a second visit I had an entirely different experience than the first. My husband and I went back for another couples massage and the lady, who I believe also claimed to be the Manager, accepted three phone calls during our massage. Not one, not two, but three phone calls from clients asking about rates and services. I understand providing good customer service, but not at the expense of a paying customers experience. If she would have accepted one more phone call during my massage I would have lost it. I also seen her harass two woman as they were leaving because they didn't leave a tip. This should have been handled very differently. I will be changing my 5 star review to a 1 star review. I will not be returning and I would not recommend.

I have returned to this spa several times for both facial and full-body massages. The deep tissue sessions go beyond the standard experience, as they incorporate trigger point work along with assisted stretching. These techniques have truly improved my flexibility and range of motion over time. Sophie, in particular, is exceptional. She is incredibly thorough, attentive to detail, and always approaches her work with kindness and professionalism. It is evident that she truly cares about her clients’ well-being. The entire staff is equally warm and welcoming, creating a pleasant environment from the moment you walk in. Prices are competitive, too. I highly recommend paying Peacock Day Spa and Massage a visit!
