Lantana Spa

Local, who has been to this spa many times and today was very disappointing. The staff were not helpful, amenities were sparse and my facial was subpar. For the price of services, this should be an experience and it was far from it. Upon arrival I was walked to the back, given a key and locker number. No explanation if robe was still located in locker nor where my locker number was located within the dressing room. There were no hot teas, no snacks (well, a jar with mixed nuts) and just plain water. My facial was not relaxing and it was rushed. For $230, I should feel like jelly afterwards. The lady doing my facial rushed through each step and the whole session was extremely off putting. Lastly, it was extremely loud in the entire spa. Spas are supposed to be a quiet place to relax and this experience was far from it. I am so disappointed and sad that I wasted over $300 (treatment + food) to leave more tense and stressed than I arrived.

The best massage I have ever been to! I had Monica and she asked me what areas to focus on and communicated with me during to make sure I was comfortable! She was a gem and I felt amazing after. Pricey but definitely worth a splurge!

Cindy is amazing! My experience with her has been great. Her skincare recommendations really helped improve my skin, and she explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. She’s very knowledgeable, kind, and approachable—especially if you’re new to skincare. Highly recommend!

Wonderful spa day. I had a really nice massage from Kevin. The place is very clean and smells so fresh. The indoor amenities are awesome. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi are insanely amazing. You must try this place out. The entire staff from arriving to leaving were gracious and helpful.

As a local, I normally love this spa. Service like no other, fantastic massage therapists and a gorgeous resort. I had a Swedish massage today and it wasn’t great. Asked her to spend time on my neck and shoulders and she didn’t. Overall it was just off. Not sure how experienced she is. Went out to have drinks by the pool. Had to flag down the server both times I wanted to order otherwise she walked right past me. The second time I asked for my tab and went home. I had planned to order food but was frustrated at that point.

I want to write this review to thank Kelly for all the care and attention she gives during my massages. She always pays close attention to the areas I want to focus on. Besides having great expertise, she is also incredibly kind. I’m always happy to have her as the one providing my services. Every massage she has recommended has gone above and beyond my expectations.

Had a facial, the facility is clean, locker key was provided to leave my belongings, they have sauna, jacuzzi, private pool, showers, waiting rooms, tea station, and a gift shop. We ordered appetizers and a drink, not too crowded so we were able to enjoy, unfortunately, we were told that the pool was open until 6:00pm, when we went to shower, the showers were closed also, very disappointed because we couldn't shower, wish they could have td us and I would have left the pool earlier to shower.
