The Rise and Reset event was an amazing experience. The class was thoughtfully led, and the sound bath was one of my favorite parts. The mini facials and massages were such a great touch and really elevated the entire event. The space is beautiful and calming, and every detail of the experience felt intentional and well done. The only minor note was that the room temperature was noticeably on the cooler side, but it wasn’t a big deal to me at all. I’ve been a member of The Beauty Bar for over two years and truly love it. The staff are amazing and everyone is so welcoming, kind, and personable. Every service I’ve had has been great. Kathy and Amina are fantastic, and Micah at the front desk is always so lovely and makes each visit feel warm and seamless.

My husband and I planned a little date night in Fairmont hotel: we got our massages in Penelope, then went to spa zone (pool/sauna) which is extra cost $95pp and finished the evening with the delicion dinner in The George restaraunt. The spa is located on the lower floor and it's not connected with the hotel, so you'll need a key card to go to the spa zone as it's located on a different floor. I got pregnancy massage and it was average (3/5) while my husband really liked his deep tissue (5/5). The staff is attentive and accommodating to our special needs. It was a great experience overall.

I did the Red Carpet Treatment package and it was definitely worth it. The facial and body wrap left my skin feeling refreshed and smooth right away. Leah was amazing and made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend if you’re looking to treat yourself.

I consistently come here to get my hair colored by Sue and cut by Tania. They are the BEST stylists around and I always walk out feeling my best. Sue and Tania both take into account what I am feeling/wanting while guiding me in the right direction based on their expertise. I trusted them with my wedding color and cut. 🙂 I also want to say their waxing services (Sonya) are top notch. I also used to go there for Xeomin from the Med Spa and always had a wonderful experience - very natural results.

I’ve been coming to Penelope & The Beauty Bar for over 10 years and every time it feels like a special treat. The front desk staff is so friendly, the environment is calming and beautiful, and all the estheticians are fabulous. I have been seeing Vicky for many years and always enjoy catching up with her. The spa offers very affordable sugaring packages that come with a free collagen pod visit each time. I feel lucky that I get to enjoy such a nice spa walking distance from my home!

From start to finish, my experience at the Penelope spa was second to none! I was greeted by Micah and Mary, who were incredibly kind and offered me refreshments as they were checking me in. I had a 75-minute facial by Ivanna, who tailored a combination of masques and facial massage to achieve all of my treatment goals. I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone looking for a tranquil ambiance paired with excellent services.

I had a wonderful experience getting my hair styled for a wedding. My hair is thin and can be tricky to manage, but I was thrilled with the end result. Thank you!
