Allentown Park Hotel by The Red Collection

I had a great experience at the hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Ben at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. He made the check-in process quick and easy, answered all my questions. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and truly cares about guests having a good stay. Thanks to Ben, my visit started off on the perfect note. Highly recommend!

We loved this hotel. We always go to Redroof Inn and this is part of the red collection. Privately owned but all the same pet rules as RED ROOF EXCEPT a much nicer hotel. Warm friendly inviting lobby. We were there 2 weeks before Christmas and the lobby looked like Santa's workshop. We were on the 4th floor and it was very quiet. The girl at the desk was happy and smiling. If I am forced to have 1 complaint lol then it would be that at the breakfast they had a waffle maker BUT it was not on and there was no waffle mix. There was a chafing dish with hot water in it but no food. However it was fine because we had the bagels( even had a slicing thing for the bagles. Guy at desk in am( night desk clerk) was very friendly and cordial. This will be our go to hotel between NC and NH...oh ya and all the above for $80/night. Thank you For an awesome stay in a clean, quiet and friendly stay. We will be back..oh ya and I have no clue what those people that gave a poor review want but if u want the Hilton go stay there. Just please stop expecting the Hilton and a Redroof Price.

Positive: "" Negative: We have stayed at a lot of hotels in Allentown. This was definitely the worst. The shower head fell off. The shower curtain would not close and we had a lake after every shower. The room smelled really bad.

Was expecting more from this place. Showers were cold. The hotel and rooms were rather dingy. Pool was not open for any duration - during the 3 days of our stay. Kids were very upset. Breakfast was appreciated though.

My husband and I are travel health professionals working currently in the area . This hotel is great for travel nurses and other health professionals. Its clean, comfortable and affordable (especially with these daily /weekly housing stipends$) . The staff is so pleasant and welcoming they went all out with Christmas decorations added even more since I took this video and as someone way away from home this holiday season it really just makes it feel special and welcomed . Breakfast is basic bagel , cereal, instant oatmeal and fruit no hot food currently but wawa less then 5 mins away . Lots of options for cheap food in the area.

This place was awful top to bottom. The ice machine didn’t work , the "office chair" was ripped up and dry rotted. Then when I woke up, I found a note on my windshield saying that it was going to be towed for being there illegally. No one ever asked me any information about my vehicle at any point. Then, I balled up the paper and said this place isn’t very welcoming and tossed the paper on the counter. The ignorant woman at the counter, already with an attitude refused to give me my receipt, so that I had proof that I had checked out on time. At that point, I had to leave for a meeting. I went back afterwards to get my receipt and was met with tue same nasty attitude that I had gotten earlier. No apology… attitude. Then this clown claiming to be a manager came out in slides and tried to threaten me saying to leave now or I’ll see. I’ll find out . This guy is like 3ft tall. Laughing , I said , or what. Just give me my receipt and I’ll leave. He finally gave it to me after I insisted that they call the cops if he won’t provide me with my receipt for check out. Shady place . I wanted the receipt so they didn’t try to say that I didn’t check out on time . Awful room, awful service and absolutely terrible "management " 0 stars

Its a good hotel. Our experience was good. No complaints. If you expect to come into a hotel with a good experience, you can have a good experience, but many reviews I'm reading are emotion based. Just chillax, and lay back and enjoy yourself. Let the hotel take care of you. Ask questions, but come here to enjoy yourself. I say this in love. ✌🏼
