I checked in at the lobby and everything was going well until I arrived at my room. There was something brown smeared on the bathroom door, I'll let you do the math, and after i personally bleached the tub none of the marks went away. Who goes to a hotel and has to clean it??? They also advertise that they have ice machines.... they don't. Just vending machines that wont vend products that they have and the machines only accept cash. The landline in my room didn't work and there was no television remote. The TV also had damage which made it difficult to watch programming, rainbow lines. The Breakfast is horrible, muffins have no flavor and the waffle area is not clean. The breakfast area also looks like a coffee shop based on size and layout. There was also chipped paint around the room and black mold on the shower ceiling. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you expect below par service.
Positive: The rooms were clean. Pet friendly. Negative: My wife and I have stayed at this hotel many times during summer. The main draw card was the Olympic size swimming pool. Upon arrival we were informed that the pool was shut down permanently. This marks the end of my 8 years staying at this hotel.
Terrible service at the front desk and very poor bed linens." "It’s better to pay 20 or 30 dollars more for a different hotel than to stay at this one." That conveys the idea pretty clearly! The rooms are cold.
The place was nasty, the bed was like sleeping on a box spring, the tub was gross, must of got it out of a junk yard. They said breakfast was @ 6am nothing but roahes& swamp water for coffee. Oh and there was nothing but a sheet on the bed. To top it off is they take a 100.00 deposit when u check in it is supposed to be refunded back 4 to 5 days after u check out. Our experience with this hotel is definitely not fake.....
DO NOT BOOK HERE! In a creepy isolated area that seems to be a haven for criminal activity. Service at the desk was horrible. Girl couldn’t be understood or heard because she mumbled. When we asked about restaurant she said that’s been gone a long time but there is still signage. Parking lot had no lighting and felt very unsafe with occupied cars parked in various spots. Once we got to the room it was very clear we would NEVER stay here. Door looked like it was kicked in, holes in the ceiling, vanity coming off the wall, bugs on window, sheets looked unwashed and the overpowering of cleaner in this disgustingly dirty room made us nauseous. We left immediately. Please learn from our mistake and skip this place. It could never serve as a functioning conference center and certainly can’t pass as an acceptable hotel!
Rooms are dated and the pool is not in working condition. It’s completely drained. Rooms look like they have been cleaned in years. Our first room was really dirty and had carpenter ants everywhere. Shower drain was clogged and no comforters on the bed. They only provide a small thin fleece blanket. We had to switch rooms. FYI housekeeping is gone by 3pm so you can’t get blankets or more soap if needed. Overall we only stayed for 1night so it was fine. But they really need to make sure the rooms are ready for guests.
DO NOT STAY HERE. Charged THREE TIMES for the room, plus 100 deposit, then an unknown fee of 50 the next day. No answers as to why. DO NOT STAY HERE. Two weeks later. No help I had to file FRAUD against them thru my bank
