Holiday Inn Allentown-Bethlehem by IHG

This is consistently a great property. It's clean, welcoming, and the best sign of all: staff turnover is low. To date, we must have stayed here a half-dozen times. Tucked away from the highway, the hotel is close to Dorney Park as well as restaurants and shopping. The rooms are always clean and the place is quiet. They have a solid fitness center and the pool is always clean and welcoming. Where they have a great breakfast in the morning (not free for guests) they have a bar with a happy hour in the evening along with good bar food. Rebecca is an amazing bartender and she makes stellar cosmos, martinis, and mojitos. And she may even share some history regarding your favorite adult beverage. (I have a whole new appreciation for martinis, thanks to her.) Check-in and check-out is always easy and the entire staff is always helpful. We look forward to returning in the future.

Positive: Quiet and the staff are very nice and helpful Negative: The bathroom fixtures, specifically the shower need a desperate deep clean or replacement. The room is nice and clean so when you see the bathroom and showheads it’s a bit gross.

We had a great experience at this hotel! We were warmly greeted by the front desk. Scott provided a seamless check in experience. After check in we proceeded to the bar/lounge for dinner and a drink. Ean, our bartended/server was very friendly and attentive. At breakfast, Maria, was also very friendly and attentive! Both dinner and breakfast was very good! Fresh and delicious!

My family and I had a wonderful experience staying here. The rooms were clean and the staff was great. We enjoyed the pool. We look forward to staying here again especially when Downey park opens. This place is almost close enough to walk there.

This hotel appears to have suffered water damage that has not been properly remediated. I stayed a night out of five booked and got a sinus infection. They said they would only charge one night at $99 but they charged $200. It sucks because the reception seems very nice, but there is something deceiving going on here. I would not stay again unless whatever water damage occurred has been properly remediated. I talked to the front desk when I checked out, so why did you bill me wrong? Consider this my second "reaching out directly".

We stayed in room 410 from Friday 2-13 till Monday February 17 The gentleman was absolutely amazing he was so pleasant Robert I believe his name is he was fantastic . We had asked for a fan cause my husband and I need a fan to sleep he found us one and I really appreciate that . I asked for a late check out and he said yea he gave us to 2:00 pm that was awesome .the pool was great . I have zero complaint our stay wasn

They have an excellent staff here, Scott front desk. Rebecca and Maria work the service stations. And Erica, housekeeping manager is awesome! They are so nice to me zi may move back here. I love this hotel!!!
