We stayed here for the beginning of our 50th Anniversary trip. Everything about this place and Cheryl's hospitality was beyond anything we could have imagined. Starting with a big hug, we were treated like long lost family, and the 3 course breakfast Cheryl served us deserved a Michelin star - simply fantastic. We will never come to Charlotte again without stopping here.

Where do I even start! From the moment we pulled into the driveway Mrs. Cheryl greeted us with the best service! This was a birthday celebration/girls weekend and when I say it was the best, it was the best! The rooms were beautiful, hospitality was unmatched, and food was amazing! The added touch of the steel drummer and double dutch was so much fun! It was truly a caribbean feel! If you haven't been I highly recommend! I will be returning. I can't thank you enough Mrs. Cheryl for making this a great weekend!!!

Spent a weekend at this house and it was a wonderful experience. The hostess went out of her way to make the weekend special. Even sent videos of our stay to us and put alot of effort and work into making a weekend even better. Felt like family

My new home away from home. My friends and I just celebrated our first annual 50 plus Homegirl weekend with at Ms. Elsies's B&B, I must say that we had the best experience ever. Cheryl made us feel like we were family, we felt the love upon our entrance into the home. The atmosphere was very welcoming, warm and inviting. Cheryl and her staff were Amazing, the food was exceptional as well as the hospitality. I must say my friends and I didn't want to leave; we will definitely stay here again.

Ms Elsie's is wonderful experience. It is an Oasis of love, caring, and sharing in in busy, hustling and bustling world. The grounds, large pool, and cuisine give guests a feeling of actually being in the Caribbean, while not being far from downtown Charlotte. There are numerous quiet spots and thoughtfully landscaped areas for reading, relaxing, and just examining the plants. The host greatly respected our privacy, but at the same time got to know us and created a unique and memorable experience for my wife and I. We were welcomed with Caribbean warmth, charm and became like family. We will always stop at Elsie's, when we are in Charlotte.
