Great staff. The location not so good due to traffic but they are in the process of adding a traffic light so getting in and out will be better.

I called several times today 09/10/24. I received no answer. If I was able to travel to the location I would. I just wanted to know some information about price per night and/or any specials. It's unprofessional not to answer the phone.

Have been here for 4 years. We have to constenly remind the staff of any issues that need to be fixed. It took them 3 months just to come fix a broken toilet. The rooms have mold in them around the windows, accumulates in bathroom over time, and in the heating/air conditioner. Again we have constently asked them to fix the issue and nothing has been done. It is fine if your staying just a week. But not worth staying long term.

Its really small not much room. Its comfy but it feels like everything is packed together. I think it would be different if they had 2 rooms put together. But even then there won't be much room.

Everything here is good just wish the WiFi was better. I just feel like what we are paying for WiFi should be a lot better than what it is. I can’t even do my schoolwork here because the internet is so slow and it’s goes in it. I just think one WiFi network for three buildings is sad and cheap.

Dont understand why there never nothing available im talking 4 year straight. And its always that same lady that picks up the phone and she be so ready to hang up dont even know why she even comes to work because she say the Samething and hang up.

Stayed there for three years, management was cool service was cool, no problems at all
