Hotel Indigo Chattanooga - Downtown by IHG

Best nicest stay I have ever had at any hotel. My first time having valet Parking so that was new. Rooms were great hotel itself was nice we will be back. If I had to give one critical suggestion and ABSOLUTELY had to make one it would be that the ice buckets could use a little scoop but at that point I am just being picky

I would give the Hotel Indigo 10 stars if I could. The hotel is beautiful- the rooms are modern and pristine. It’s close to everything downtown. There was live music in the lobby. But the service is what really blew me away. We were visiting for our anniversary and when we mentioned this upon checking in, Marissa at the front desk made sure our stay was special - offering us complimentary champagne and breakfast. Really nice touch. Everyone else we interacted with on staff from the valets out front to the other hotel staff were all amazing. We’ll definitely stay at the Hotel Indigo the next time we’re in Chattanooga.

What a wonderful Hotel. Rooms are very clean, Staff very welcoming and accommodating. The restaurant has a limited menu, but the food is excellent and the bar is very cool. The only downside is when it's real cold outside the lobby area is a bit chilly but nothing a sweatshirt can't resolve. Highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Chattanooga.

Our check in and check out was very smooth and easy, with friendly and helpful receptionists. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The temperature was easily adjustable and the blinds provided excellent coverage of the sun to help us sleep better. We also did not hear any noises from the other roons. The provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash smelled very good. The only thing is that there was no microwave in the room, so we could not re-heat the meals we bought from the hotel restaurant. The restaurant also ran out of ingredients at times so we were forced to order alternatives, but the staff were super helpful and took the charges off our bill without us even having to ask. Food was also a bit pricey for what was given but overall was delicious. We did read the website ahead and confirmed the $22 a day valet, so it was expected. It was an easy process to get our car parked and returned. The hotel is in the heart of downtown so it is a quick drive or walk to restaurants and different activities, such as the Tennessee Aquarium or a children's museum. Overall an excellent experience and we would definitely go back.

Clean comfortable beds . Soft pillows. beautiful rooms and spacious bathrooms!. Very good coffee near the restaurant . Front desk so warm and friendly even the vallets💚. We travel a lot and always always choose Hotel indigo over Marriots n Hiltons. They seem to have gotten plain n mediocre .

Second time being at this hotel, all around wonderful hotel to be at downtown. The front desk both morning and evening workers went out of there way to make sure my visit and stay were wonderful. With thanking me for being Diamond Elite they were able to upgrade me to a bigger room than the one that I did have, which was a huge thanks! They were also able to extend my check out which allowed me to relax a little bit and take my time without rushing. I also got to eat breakfast this time around both days, which I’d like to add that the breakfast was absolutely wonderful and hot. This will be the hotel I stay when around the Chattanooga area. Thank you all for the wonderful and great service!

A++ stay! I have stayed at various IHG hotels and always enjoyed it. But this time the warmth and hospitality of the staff was completely next level! I could tell the team loved working together and it showed in the way they treated guests. Especially Crystal Jordan, she is hands down the most thoughtful front desk staff I have ever met. She was so thoughtful of me with my pregnancy and seeing my elderly in-laws without me mentioning anything and went above and beyond to be accommodating. I so enjoyed getting to meet her and see her joy and warmth. Please do take great care of the AMAZING staff you have IHG as they are 100% the reason we plan to come back! Not enough words to express how much they impressed me!
