Quality Inn & Suites Chattanooga-East Ridge

We stayed for four nights. Room was comfortable and clean. Room service (housekeeping) is only every third day but that's not a problem for me. All employees were friendly and helpful. The location is great. My only small complaint would be that the breakfast needs some work. Not just in the offerings, but checking to replenish when things need to be refilled. Overall it was a great place to stay and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel lobby was in good condition, however the vending machines were out of order. The hallway to rooms is very dated. Discolored ceiling tiles, etc. The room felt sketchy. The pillows (2) were half sized. The TV did not get any reception (zero). The wifi did work, so we used our iPad to watch Netflix. My wife was fearful of bed bugs. We did not experience them but that is the general feel.

Everyone at this hotel was exceptionally friendly and helpful. It’s an older hotel but the room was very clean. We were in town for a dog event and would 100% come back here to stay again. PS Small tip: Bring a power strip for your laptop for the desk if you need to use it for work, etc

We stayed overnight. The hotel is very close to the highway which is very convenient. We took a king bedroom for a good price. However, the following things need improvement: 1- The hallway to the rooms smelt very bad, but the smell inside the room was ok. People with breathing problems must be careful. 2- There was no safety lock on the door. It was broken. 3- The towels were not clean. They had stains on them. 4- The king bedroom had only 3 pillows. Not sure if this is a standard because we have been to multiple Quality Inn hotels and I don’t remember having an issue with pillows. We asked the front desk for extra pillows, but they said the "laundry room" is closed? 5- Compared to other Quality Inn hotels we’ve been at, their "hot" breakfast had very limited items.

Room is disgusting, I spent the 1st 2 hours disinfecting and cleaning. Floors were extremely sticky, outside door opened without a key card, amd my door dead bolt did not work, hallways are nasty. I would definitely never bring a child here. Shady characters hanging out in the halls and parking lot. Will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!! Shower did not drain

1)Hot breakfast should have been served and not a grab and go breakfast. That's a Choice Hotel and large hotel. Hot meals where prepared for different people is wrong. Makes me wonder what's really been done with the budget at that location. All locations are not the same. Playing on my livelihood is never ok. 2) Having the front desk receptionist act as if he's a God when he's not for a illusion of control to please false gods on sinking sand just like him self. 3) Using me to gain is wrong. Playing on my brain is one thing that Jesus, won't allow. 4. Mr. Troy B Smith, paper rule should be applied to me when it comes to checking in and not out. 5. Liars should not work for Choice. 6. Never use a guest for the secret society that never ends well upon the user. 7. Always tell the truth. 7. I wont rate Choice, a bad rating. Just giving Choice free game to get better. My heart is truly with choice. Locations vary. That location in Chattanooga, TN needs to do better. No one owns me nor my soul. I don't appreciate the games that they played on my soul and ear. It's illegal and wrong. 8. Praying choice make the adjustments to get better. Choice makes to much money with member RLA1357 and not a want to be.
