We had a great 3-day stay at this hotel. Super clean/spotless. Kitchen suite with new/clean items. Stovetop was helpful. We were able to do laundry, free!, and the laundry room was also clean and spotless. Front lobby sitting area is smaller, but very cozy furniture and a dining community table to charge devices/work. Front desk staff were very nice and accommodating . Breakfast items are plentiful and a wide variety of drinks and items to eat there or grab and go. We had a wonderful sat at this hotel. 10 out of 10!

feeling a bit sterile with little carpet in the entry area or room turned out to be perfect; all was very clean. our kitchen was great! the desk staff person engaged with me at length about places to go and see in the area; he was very helpful. when we left there was a young gal on knees clean the waste cans. the multi colored exterior even hits a positive mark.

Absolutely stunning rooms!! Stayed here for 4 nights -Rooms were very spacious (Got the 1 br 1 room suite -Rooms were spotless -Full Kitchenettes, so nice for long stays -Looks newly remodeled, everything looked brand new, no stains or anything on floors or furniture. -Internet was 180Mbps -Very nice workout room, loved the treadmills and the layout of the equipment. -Walking distance to some restaurants and Walmart. -Movie Theater was right next door! -Not only are the rooms very nice, the Laundry room was FREE! And you get a basket for laundry in your room. So nice, I wish more hotels offered that, so thank you CandleWood! -3 Washers & 4 Dryers, all free, and they are new and fancy compared to most hotels, I was shocked how nice they were. Definitely staying here again if in the area, such a nice hotel and great location.

Our planned two‑day stay extended into three because the property exceeded expectations. The location was excellent—close to family we were visiting, yet far enough from the city’s bustle to feel peaceful, with convenient access to shopping and restaurants. Traveling with a dog, we appreciated being placed in a ground‑floor room with easy access to the designated pet area. The fact that the pet area had grass was a huge benefit in a dry city, making it much easier for our dog. The room was comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished. The bathroom was modern, with good water pressure in the shower. Customer service was a standout: when we called late in the day to confirm availability and pet‑friendly accommodations, the front desk associate promptly answered, remembered our call when we arrived, and expedited check‑in. She suggested the ground‑floor room for convenience and remained consistently friendly, professional, and efficient—even when we extended our stay. Her service truly elevated the experience. Overall, this property provided a welcoming environment, thoughtful amenities, and excellent customer service. It will definitely be our go‑to choice when visiting family in El Paso again.

Love the full sized kitchen in each style of room. We have tried the single room and the one bdrm suite, which has a liv room with couch and chair. Staff is very friendly! They even cater in dinner on Mondays and Wednesdays free for the visitors.

The rooms themselves were nice and comfortable, but there were several downsides that made my stay less enjoyable. There’s no continental breakfast in the mornings—just a limited "grab and go" selection, which isn’t ideal if you're expecting a proper meal to start your day. While the 24-hour coffee is a nice touch, housekeeping is only offered once a week, which really isn’t convenient if you’re out working daily and going through towels and linens quickly. Overall, not the best option for extended stays unless you're okay with minimal services. Lastly, I would have imagined that the employees would review your final bill with you before just charging you. I have to call everytime to get the taxes removed for Govt Agency, after telling them several times to include paper work that im tax exempt. This should be seamless at the desk but its always done over the phone in other timezones. Would not recommend for govt u less you have to stay here because of availability elsewhere.
