Courtyard by Marriott Fort Collins

Well I paid through a third party first but when I called the hotel and asked about how much is the deposit I was told $25 to $50, so when I got to the motel the assistant manager charge me $60 but told me he charge $46and then another $20 on top of that then I checked out and was charge for the charge again for that night, then I had to do a new reservation and the room was only supposed to be $87, but they tried to.charge me $120 and then $ 107 and they had to give me a refund of $52.64 back but now I have to wait to get it back, then the night shift comes on and nexts thing i know is a have the assistant manager ( mind you in his street clothes jeans and sports t shirt), didn't seem to be on shift well they come to my room and give me.a paper to sign for my service animals. Which the fee for a pet is $20 and they charge my card $90. But they are to only charge your card after you check out and their are damaged or if your dog chews things up, my dog is well behaved and has NEVER messed any hotel rooms we have ever been in. So they over charge me for a well behaved dog. Now I have to wait for all the deposit to return to my card and it's not far from Christmas and don't have money for Christmas because this hotel took more money for holds and for damaged that never happened in the room. So thanks you for making my Christmas late for everyone. Sophia is really sweet and very helpful, she helped me with the refund for being charge for the room twice. She is kind and enjoys her job. So day staff got Christmas cards. Just wish they would return the money they have on hold back to our account in 24 hours not 3 to have business days, and not take so much money for no reason, and not charge a deposit fee for a service animal and don't over charger more then your website report. Night shift and the assistant manager are very rude and knows how to make a guests stay very uncomfortable and upset guest's. I will NEVER EVER stay at this hotel again. And on the website it said breakfast is included and it's not you have to paid and they are high price on their food, so didn't get to have food! Never been to a hotel that made your stay uncomfortable where they made you feel you want to leave !

Great hotel! I booked a stay through Priceline & I'm so glad I did. The hotel is very well maintained! The public spaces & rooms are beautifully appointed, clean, in good working order. Very friendly staff. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in Ft. Collins!

We stay here often. It's near Colorado State University for football and basketball games.||The staff is always good. This visit Zofia was at the front desk. She was very personable and is the type of employee any business would be happy with.||Rooms are very clean. Hotel has been recently remodeled. Carpets and furnishings are nice. The fireplace and surrounding sofas in the lobby area are comfortable.

This is a great Marriott property a little outside of Ft. Collins downtown area. Although it looked a little dated on the outside, it clearly had been recently remodeled on the interior. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and greenspace to walk or run. We travel with a large dog. He was welcomed and they accommodated our request for a 1st floor room near the exit. Bed was comfortable and room immaculate. Lovely staff and Starbucks on premises. Perfect escape!

Jerome was very friendly apon arrival and made us feel very welcomed. Helped us get our keys and told us about local tips in the area. Left a lasting impression on us. All the staff here is very friendly and the room was perfect. Plus the bed was actually comfortable. The bistro food was very good and recommend

This was the nicest hotel I stayed at in Fort Collins! From the moment I walked in the welcoming homey at atmosphere was perfect, the service I was greeted with smiles, and the rooms were super comfortable!! The pool was great, the food at the bistro was great, and the Starbucks coffee hit the spot on rough mornings! Definitely the best priced hotel in the area with fantastic surroundings and views!! I wish I didnt have to leave!!

Everything in my room was clean!! There was some hair in the drain of my walk in shower. But other than that it was awesome!! Amber |Who checked me in was outstanding! For some reason, they thought I wasn’t supposed to be there until the eighth. And I was sure that I was scheduled to be there the night of the fourth because I had a doctors appointment on the fourth and another one on the fifth and I live in Nebraska. Amber was able to make it all work. I have MS and I needed a handicap room and so she was able to supply me with that without any hesitation. What a wonderful caring person she is.
