When you want a day out of the cold. Some true r&r which includes a good soak in a hot tub. This is your place. Hot tubs available in some rooms. The place has been around forever. Here's the catch. If they were to renovate they would eliminate the hot tubs in the rooms. So the hot tub area and 1/2 bathroom are a little bit dated. If you're going for looks and the latest and greatest. This probably isn't the location you want. However if your goal is some r&r with the hot tub in your room, this is absolutely your place. Midweek pricing is more than fair. I could easily be a romantic getaway for you and your significant other with a few amenities that you would bring. Definitely has potential for a enjoyable evening. As the saying goes it's all about you, more than it is the physical location.

Your staff was great. The man who came to fix the toilet on Tues - Dec 10 (our first stay) was polite and did quick work. The lady in the breakfast room was nice and very helpful. Our stay in room 123 at Guest House on Dec 13, 14, 15 was very nice. One of the things I appreciated was the quiet room (not hearing the noises from surrounding rooms). The sink spigots really need work. However, the previous Tues. Dec 10th we stayed in room 121 and it smelled terrible. When I got home the clothes left in my suitcase still smelled! Besides that the toilet didn't work. A man came to fix it right away which was appreciated but the toilet came on every 30 minutes - even after the man came to fix it. So, because of that I almost cancelled the later reservation. Nevertheless, I'm glad I didn't cancel because the next stay was great. Thank you.

Everything about this hotel sucked. Pool closed, rooms where horrifying, they obviously don't clean, breakfast that was put out was frozen every morning hardly any food, bed bugs. It's super ghetto I'm definitely glad my daughter (10yrs) wasn't with us this trip.

Checking in was fast and painless. Tina knew who i was right away and check in took all of two minutes. Considering the price, the room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The room came with a hot tub, which was a very nice addition. My only complaint, which is small, was a lack of outlets. I imagine that it's not something that would be a simple or cheap fix, so I'm not surprised to see it hasn't been changed. I would suggest maybe adding power strips. Overall, a very nice stay in a pretty nice room, all for a reasonable price. I will stay here again.

Staff nice, room clean and quiet. This hotel sits apart from all the others on the other side of the interstate so there's less traffic to fight and handy if you're pulling a trailer and don't like tight parking lots. Our bed was a bit hard for my taste and the faucet leaked around the handles but I have no other complaints for what's the norm with a low priced hotel.

I think also known as Americas Best Value Inn. Have to say the staff are amazing and the rooms have been recently renovated. It looks great and is now my "go to" place if I need to stay in the area. Huge shoutout to Amanda and other staff members I have encountered that has made me feel like a valued guest! Great pricing and absolutely comfortable. Also recommend taking advantage of there reward program "Hello Rewards"!!

We had a very good stay here after a hard day on the highway. The room was quiet, comfortable and with easy access from the car. There was plenty of room for our 26' moving truck with car carrier trailer in front of the property (very secure). It is extremely simple to find right off the highway and it is very convenient to have a Waffle House across the Interstate. The hotel staff (and the Waffle House folks!) are very nice. Thanks, y'all!
