We had booked a week at an Airbnb, but on the first night, the guests below got reeeeal scary, and police had to get involved. So suddenly we needed a room in the middle of the night. And we had a ton of groceries, both cold and frozen. The man who was on night duty was unbelievably gracious and helpful to us. Not only did he help us secure a room so late, he also used his spot in the staff freezer to accommodate our groceries. The next day, other staff diligently helped us get the information we needed for our reimbursement from Airbnb. They helped us turn a frightening late night into an experience of care. On top of the hospitality we received, the hotel itself was gorgeous and having access to numerous records was really fun to explore. I actually found an album I loved and now play on repeat! Additionally, it was easy to work from the room, and I even ventured off to do some work on the outdoor level amongst rooftop views. All in all, highly recommend!

This beautiful boutique hotel is located in the heart of downtown Fort Collins. The property pays homage to music and the staff was amazing, accommodating and so welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and heavenly. The Magic Rat is the place to go for live music, the food at the Emporium was top tier and the hidden Sunset lounge was a perfect way to end the night. Not to mention all of the activations on property, such as the beautiful festive decor and Santa for the kiddos. I would absolutely recommend Tamika and her team to anyone looking for a hidden gem to stay and host their group in Fort Collins.

My fiancé and I stayed at The Elizabeth Hotel over Christmas expecting a special, memorable holiday experience. Instead, our stay was completely overshadowed by the fact that my fiancé’s and my Christmas gifts were stolen from the hotel, as well as a check for a large sum of money that was supposed to be our wedding gift. What made the situation even worse was how it was handled by the hotel’s operations staff afterward. Rather than treating this as a serious security issue, we were repeatedly told that the gifts had likely been "misplaced," despite the fact that they were secured and did not simply vanish on their own. The tone and response felt like gaslighting—as if we were being encouraged to doubt what we knew had happened, instead of the hotel acknowledging the seriousness of a theft on their property and taking responsibility for investigating it properly. We were also told that no one had been in our room despite the fact that it had been cleaned by staff during our stay. To add insult to injury, the hotel’s solution was to offer us a gift card to their restaurant, which felt wildly inappropriate given that our personal property and Christmas gifts were stolen during our stay. No meaningful accountability, no real resolution—just a token gesture in place of proper customer care and security responsibility. The hotel itself is beautiful, but none of that matters if guests cannot trust their belongings to be safe and if management responds this way when something goes wrong. This was supposed to be a special holiday trip and engagement season for us, and instead it turned into a stressful, disappointing experience that we will always associate with this hotel and Marriot. I would strongly caution anyone considering staying here to think twice about security and how issues are handled when something goes wrong. This hotel is a gorgeous veneer for a serious lack of guest care and security.

What amazing location, hotel, and staff! From check in to check out and everything in between the Elizabeth is amazing. I loved the personal touches and personal service. The Emporium was absolutely smashing; you have got to try the espresso martini! The rooms are so well appointed and comfy. Loved using my reccord player and jamming out to new tunes I checked out from the library. The Sunset Lounge is a must do with amazing views of the city and mountains. Love every minute.

It's one of the nicer hotels I have stayed in. The level of Elegance and professionalism was fantastic. The most comfortable hotel bed I have stayed in and the pillows were nice and fluffy. The sheets didn't feel like paper and the towels were thick /fluffy and did not reek of bleach. Closest thing to feeling like home in a high-end hotel. Love the music theme, super fun!
