Quality Inn Joliet

For $100, I should’ve expected what I received. Staff was great, no questions about that. However, the room? Cockroaches in the bathroom, tub wouldn’t drain, got switched to another room down the hall. A/c wouldn’t work and cool the room. This was definitely not quality. Very disappointed in this stay. I wish I could get refunded for my stay because I basically didn’t sleep because I was worried there were more cockroaches. Shower heads in the bathroom were old and looked to be from the 1960s. I’m truly disappointed and this visit has shown me why I may the extra money to stay somewhere nicer

Without a doubt the worst condition hotel I've been in driving east to west. Check in went great - until they had to reassign my room as the first one hadn't been cleaned. In my second room, the bed is comfortable and the linen is clean. AC works great. And then there's the bathroom. Truly I've never had a tub shower in worse condition. Ever. Will be skipping the shower and get back on the road first thing

You get what you pay for. Not bad and not great. It definitely needs some type of renovation. Stayed 3 nights and the room was never cleaned, nor got new towels. The bathroom was not in good shape. The toilet took forever to flush. The shower was leaking pressure. The carpet was pretty stained.

The staff was great and check out and check in were quick. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Rooms were a little dated, but very clean. I only gave it 4 stars for the room because the A/c wasn't very effective. It ran but the room was a good 10 degrees higher than the thermostat setting. Still comfortable enough to sleep in, though.

The multi hotel check in front counter made checkin confusing. The shower in the room was barely spraying water. The walls were bubbled. There was sounds of water running in the wall. Very poor quality room. The service was friendly and the bed was comfortable. I do not plan to return to this hotel.

Nice place. The first floor area was very cold. The room was nice and clean. The pillows were small and not firm at all. The water pressure in the shower was AWESOME. Perfect after a long day of driving! The bartender was very friendly. The breakfast was good. The muffins were delicious. The sausage patties were not very hot. I works definitely recommend staying here. We enjoyed our stay.

Checked in and went to the room and opened the door to a blaring tv, sheets everywhere, and three people in bed in the dark and one said, "you got the wrong room" and was getting out of bed when i let the door close and sprinted down the stairs. Demanded a refund after man at front desk suggested he could give me another room.
