Kasa Bryn Mawr Minneapolis

Easy location just a short distance from downtown Mpls, access to major roads. Loved our unit, spacious, lots of windows & natural light. Perfect arrangement for family of four! Kasa Bryn Mawr was great with communication and instructions for checkin/out. Will stay at KBM on our next visit to Mpls!!

I am very happy with the choice of staying here. It is extremely clean and looks like a new apartment. The washer and dryer are a great feature for staying on longer stays. The price was no more than staying in a decent hotel. I bought the parking space. You probably could get by with street parking but I was very happy I was in the parking garage. On arrival you will receive a message or email with extremely detailed instructions and codes for the front door of the building and the elevator. If you follow the instructions exactly as written you should be in good shape. You have to use front door codes to get in building. Then use the elevator code to get to your apartment door. You then use your door code to get into your apartment. As you walk into the apartment hanging on the wall on lanyards are 2 FOBs to enter the building from outside and from parking garage. It also enables the elevator all without using codes. You still use the code to open your apartment door. Also you will have a gdo remote transmitter to enter the parking garage and a card to put on the dash of your car. At this point everything is perfectly easy. It is a good system. The apartment was quiet. It is 15 minutes from university of Minnesota campus. If we stay in Minneapolis in the future I will certainly stay here if it is available.

The apt was perfect! The location was in a great spot for where we needed to be. Theodoreworth park is only a mile away so if you like to MTB bike the trails are great.| The apt was spacious and had everything you need. My only suggestion is to have an actual coffee maker so you can brew your own and when checking in there wasn't a key fab to access the elevator or stairs to get to your apt. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. Street parking was always available too! We will definitely stay again. | Thank you!

The room was amazing ! Amenities were amazing also. Washer dryer, decent bathtub and shower water pressure! The dish washer was amazing also! The best part was the balcony view at the very top of the building ! The balcony apart of my room was very nice also! The neighborhood was very quiet and comfortable as well. Overall 9/10 stay!!!! Would definitely come again. PS the place is very baby friendly as well!

Modest improvements to parking to add car registration would go a long way. I made the honest mistake of forgetting to place a parking tag in my dash. Within 2 hours my car was towed. I contacted the apartment staff, who then showed me the photo of cars which had been towed and got the information of the tow lot. 20 minutes of driving and $330 later I had my car back. If you could do something to register parked cars it would go a long way, Kasa!!!

The location was gopd and the apartment was nice. The kitchen has basic supplies (2 pots, 2 skillets, 4 tall glasses, 1 short glass, and 6 mugs, a few plates and bowls). There was one kitchen towel and no dishcloth or sponge. There were pods for the dishwasher. The unit needs additional glasses, some wine glasses, a corkscrew, some mixing bowls, and other items to make it easy to cook. It also needs towel racks in the bathroom, and some grab bars would be helpful. The garage was nice and convenient. It could also use a chest of drawers or a dresser. The washing machine and dryer were nice. The place was clean and it was comfortable. We stayed for 5 nights and managed okay, but it would be difficult to stay there much longer. If you don't plan to cook, it could work well.

I am writing this as I stand outside my room, waiting for 20 minutes so far for customer service to respond.|The first unit smelled like cigarette smoke. |Kasa offered to take care of it —-but they didn’t. Their words are good but they take NO action.||Do NOT stay here!!
