Drury Plaza Hotel Nashville Downtown

I stayed here for a week when an ice storm took out my power. I’d never stayed at a Drury before, and I will absolutely continue to stay at them whenever possible. The rooms were very nice. I was in a King Suite for most of the stay. All the rooms have a fridge and microwave, and the suites have a huge tub, a kitchen sink, and two separate rooms, one with a fold out couch. Then I had to move to a standard King Room (I had to keep extending my stay when the power stayed off, and someone understandably had reserved my room before me). Also very nice! The staff were all so helpful and kind, my pets were welcome, and every day they had probably the best free hotel breakfast I’ve ever had AND free dinner. The bar/restaurant was also good on the days I just wanted to order something, and the 24 hour mini market in the lobby had a good selection. Plus there was laundry, a pool and hot tub, live music, it’s a really cool place. Truly not a single complaint. And I’m so grateful to them for basically saving me and my pets.

Positive: Great location. So clean and the breakfast and Kickback was wonderful. Staff so friendly and the bed was SO comfortable. We have stayed in many 5 star hotels that didn’t come close to this place. The only regret was we only stayed 1 night. Negative: ""

It was amazing staying here. We had a king suite room with a view and let me tell you OMG that view from the corner room high floor was exquisite just perfect. At check-in we were greeted by a front desk person name Jeremy. Who keep a smile and was kind plus very helpful, positive and had all the information to any questions that needed answered so I must say Jeremy you are a Rockstar. Now the food and drinks were good. Very clean hotel I must say and everyone that I dont know their names that worked when I was there ,friendly, nice and full of smiles. Doris did an excellent job at having the room cleaned and spotless. Now at checkout it was a nice man i didn't get his name but he had greeted me with a smile as well and check to make sure I enjoyed my stay which I did. I will be back to stay here. If you have not stayed at this drury plaza you don't know what your missing out on. So don't wait another minute book your stay because it is worth it. Also they have great amenities and a parking garage.

Super nice Hotel in the Drury Inn style. We were in town for a Predators game at Bridgestone Arena. Very easy walk. Popcorn popping as we were checking in. 5:30 Kickback was nice with food and drinks well spread out. There is outdoor seating as well. Ate the breakfast as well- one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had in a while. Many options but the veggie scrambled eggs were my favorite item. We also ate at the restaurant after the game because everything else was closed on our walk back to the hotel. Chicken sandwich and tater tots hit the spot. Great, friendly service from all the times. Watch out for street parking right across from the hotel! When we got to the hotel, the hotel parking was imo hard to find. So we decided to just park in the parking lot and make our way easily across the street to enter hotel. We paid $69.14 to park for 19 hours!! Hotel parking is $42 +tax.. Lesson learned. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Exceptional Service from Lashawna at Breakfast! My recent stay at the Drury Inn Nashville Downtown was made significantly better thanks to the outstanding service provided by Lashawna during the morning breakfast rush. Lashawna is truly a gem and a fantastic representative for the hotel. She consistently maintained a cheerful, friendly, and welcoming demeanor, ensuring every guest felt appreciated. The breakfast area was busy, but she handled the high volume with grace, efficiency, and a genuine smile. She was proactive in keeping all the food stations fully stocked and the area spotless. More importantly, she took the time to interact positively with guests, making sure everyone had what they needed and offering assistance with a positive attitude. Her energy and warmth made starting the day a pleasure. Thank you, Lashawna, for such a great experience! I highly recommend this location, and commend Lashawna for her wonderful work ethic and commitment to hospitality.

This hotel is not only in a great location, blocks away from Broadway, but it offers so many perks! The included hot breakfast was great, as were the free drinks and snacks at the daily kick back time. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were so great, we ordered some to have at home. Room was clean and spacious, bathroom had everything we needed. Staff was so friendly in the food area, lobby, and housekeeping.

We thank the Drury hotel, so much, for taking good care of us when our power was out for over a week during Winter Storm Fern. And our dogs echo 🙂 Of course, we would normally not need a hotel in our own hometown, but I want to tell folks coming for a visit from out of town to make sure you consider the Drury: incredible service, so comfy, so kind; pet friendly (amazing)...many workers also had no power. I think corporate took care of them, which says a LOT, as some of them were also staying in the hotel. Just a solid experience. Kindness all around **edit to add, I travel a TON for work, and I have all of the points etc., for the chains. All of the hotels were being kind, but they were sold out, especially for pets; I had never been to a Drury, but I can attest it is a surprise fav, and I would consider them first, and above other chains
