The Le Pavillon is a beautiful building. The beds were super comfortable , the rooms were nice and clean and spacious, and the hotel is located in a great location. But my favorite part about the hotel was the amazing staff! Big shout out to Mel at the front desk. So sweet and kind. Also wanted to shout out to Mr. Michael who helped us with our luggage. He was super knowledgeable of the city and was very cool. Also Maria who works in the restaurant was a doll. So polite and super fun. Last but certainly not least is Ms. Paula at the front desk. Honestly I’d come back just to see her alone. Super personable, kind, very sweet, and made me feel right at home! I will definitely stay here again! My only complaint about the hotel are the toilets. They don’t flush the strongest. Takes a couple of flushes to get everything down depending on what you left on there.

I was here a while back in July of 2025, but this hotel was absolutely amazing. I still talk about it in 2026, one of the best hotels I’ve visited in New Orleans also, the service here was amazing. I’ll never forget Paula and Shawna, they really deserve everything good coming their way. The way they both went above and beyond I do hope they’re doing well. As far for the hotel, very clean, hospitable, and quiet. So if you’re looking for a good stay I’d say this is a good catch, wasn’t too expensive for a 3 day trip either.

The staff are really friendly! The room is spacious and clean. The gym is also great. My only complaint is that the water pressure on the 6th floor is very low, lower than a your home bathroom. We communicated the issue via text but it doesn't really help.

The service here is amazing. Everyone is so helpful and friendly and makes you feel welcome. The hotel is full of character and charm. The detail and design is incredible and makes you feel like you’re staying somewhere special. The rooms are nice. There were a few less functional design elements - the shower door blocks the handle to turn on the shower, so you have to get all the way to turn it on. And the toilet seat hit the counter top and wouldn’t stay up unless you held it. Other than that, great stuff. Bed was comfy, pillows were soft. I’d stay here again!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. Unfortunately that is the only good experience from my current stay. Upon checking in we were not given the room type that we booked and paid for. We booked a king size bed and we were given a room with two double beds. When we entered the room we noticed that the room was warm. The thermostat was reading 77 degrees. Immediately we called the front desk and they did send an "engineer " to look at the air conditioner. Within 20 minutes someone did arrive with a ladder and made some adjustments. We did leave for dinner and 3 hours later the temperature was reading 73 degrees. Once again at 8:22pm we called the front desk about the air conditioner. Another "engineer " and another ladder later and another adjustment...we had hopes it would be fixed. We left to attend a Christmas Party and at 12:47am (4 hours later) the temperature was reading 71 degrees. At this rate maybe by the time we check out the room will be comfortable enough to sleep in. I just wonder if we would have received the room we booked would we have a working air conditioner? I have been to this breathtaking hotel for events and lunches, and I have always wanted to be a guest. This unfortunately will be my last visit.

I had a wonderful experience. I went for the Hawks & Falcons game. The hotel is in great proximity to the sports arenas. The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. Shout out to Chris, Paula and the rest of the front desk team. The rooms are well appointed and spacious. However; the restroom was rather small. The hotel manager Patrick was wonderful. He checked on us during our entire stay. |The hotel lobby is beautiful. Although, I did not hang out in the bar area, it looks like it was a great vibe. I love the peanut butter and jelly sandwhich hour. It was a real treat.|Overall this is a great hotel in a great location with wonderful staff. I hands down recommend. You will not be disappointed.

Do not recommend. I stayed at Le Pavillon Hotel from October 1–3, 2025, and was extremely disappointed by how multiple issues were handled. At checkout, I was charged a $350 smoking fee plus tax, despite the fact that I do not smoke and did nothing to warrant such a charge. When I questioned it, I was told a "sensor" had been triggered and the fee would not be removed—no investigation, no evidence, no consideration of other possible causes. I was also charged $124.30 for valet parking, yet waited over 40 minutes for my car while trying to get to the airport, even though the parking lot was directly across the street and no one else was waiting. When my vehicle was returned, an orange traffic cone was lodged underneath it, forcing me to pull over on the highway to remove it—an unsafe and unacceptable situation. Additionally, the hotel did not have working Wi-Fi for the duration of my stay. What made this experience especially frustrating was the complete lack of accountability or customer care when I tried to resolve these issues. I am a loyal Marriott guest and have never experienced treatment like this. Being told repeatedly that a "sensor detected it" is not a substitute for real customer service. I would strongly caution future guests and hope Marriott takes a closer look at how this property treats its customers.
